Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Come and stay in this very bright house with a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a new bathroom. The house faces the sea with panoramic views between La Pointe du Raz and Cap de la Chèvre. The beach is a 3-minute walk away (sand yachting, kite surfing, a little surfing). The house consists of 3 pentys (small farm buildings) of which 2 are equipped with bread ovens. We renovated them for 3 years in an ecological spirit to form an atypical whole. Located on a meander of the Aulne Maritime in an old Breton village, the house is ideally located for visiting the Armorica Natural Park, access to the beaches of Douarnenez Bay (10 min), the town of Châteaulin (all shops 5 min away), Menez Hom. The landscape changes with the tides.
