Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary vacation home with private entrance and has recently been renovated in a part of a long gable farm, where once was the cow barn and hayloft. The living area has an entrance on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in the private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

On the Bosscheweg, right across from Hotel v.d Valk, is our house surrounded by trees and water features. In the garden, the work studio of the former resident has been transformed into a lovely guest house. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. The tranquility, despite the train track nearby, the garden, views of the lake, all this makes this a unique place.

Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.
