This rental is the entire lower level of a decent house in a very nice neighborhood. There is a shared entrance but everything else is private. You have access to the large backyard, patio, fire pit, and charcoal grill. One room has a double bed and the TV room has a futon. You have a private bathroom and free use of laundry services. This is not the Ritz but I have created a nice space for budget-minded people who like a nice backyard and patio with mature trees and a grill.
