Beachfront vacation rentals in Roses

Very welcoming and relaxing apartment. We felt at home and enjoyed our wine on the balcony each evening watching the pedestrians stroll by on the street below and the boats gently dancing on the sea in the port. Many restaurants within walking distance by distance and three beaches close by. Alfons is a wonderful host and we hope to return and stay here again!

Paula est quelqu'un de très réactif. elle a su nous donner des instructions claires pour notre arrivée et pour notre départ. l'appartement était conforme bien situé au 18e étage avec ascenseur ce qui nous a permis d'avoir une très belle vue. commerces, restaurants et plage à quelques minutes à pied. nous avons passé un agréable séjour

Excelente estadía! Host muy responsable y friendly. El piso muy limpio y muy muy bien equipado. Esta al final de la calle principal a la playa, lo que lo hace muy tranquilo y pacifico. A 15 minutos caminando del centro. Hay un supermercado abajo y estacionamiento en las calles más cercanas. Volvería sin dudarlo!

Great apartment in the middle of Cadaques! Comfy beds, great communication from host, and location was close to everything. My only (small) complaint is for the price, I wish amenities like a few coffee pods, enough toilet paper, and laundry detergent was included in the apartment. Host did bring shampoo & hand soap upon our request so I appreciated that.

Parfait tout correspond à l’annonce, aucune surprise. Bonne adresse à conseiller. JL est très agréable et de bons conseils. Pour la localité ne cherchez pas ailleurs foncez vous ne serez pas déçu! Encore merci pour votre accueil 🙏

Joseps place is immaculate and very well equipped . We were very comfortable and enjoyed spending time on the terrace mostly , where we used the barbecue often We didnt mind the walk into town and the drive was very quick when needing the supermarket. We loved the proximity to the beach and the coastal path offers many hidden beaches to enjoy. Llanca is a great destination and Joseps home a wonderful place to enjoy spending time there . We would definitely like to return .

Nous avons passé un séjour excellent chez Laura. La vue est à couper le souffle. Le logement est calme et confortable. Tres bien équipé. L'acces à la plage par le sentier en bas de l'immeuble est très pratique. Il y a un emplacement pour se garer. Quelques moustiques le soir. Je recommande ce logement.

We (3 generations: 6 adults and 1 baby) stayed at Anna‘s for a family vacation. The location, view, comfort and accommodations were excellent. The pool and outdoor terrace were wonderful. Anna was very friendly, quick to respond and communicate, helpful with recommendations. We had a comfortable, memorable stay at the Blueview Villa.

Séjour impeccable ! Béatrice et Thierry sont très sympathique, réactifs et arrangeants. Le logement est cosy et calme comme on pourrait l'attendre de sa description et des photos. On y retrouve tout le nécessaire à disposition, avec même des petites attentions fort appréciables. Attention toutefois aux personnes sensibles à la lumière le matin, les volets ne sont pas occultants. À refaire, sans hésiter !

Alex is a wonderful host and the house is brand new and beautiful. It was our first time to Costa Brava, and Port de la Selva felt a bit like an undiscovered gem. Families with young children will love the pool, with its kiddie section. Adults and kids alike will be thrilled with the beautiful views from nearly every window. Thank you Alex!

We had a wonderful time at Aleix’s apartment. The balcony and view is spectacular and so special to wake up to and watch the sun go down. The house is spacious and the pool and paddle board court were such nice bonuses. Only things to bear in mind are that you need to drive to get into town and the tap water isn’t fantastic so we would recommend bringing your own for your stay, though one big bottle was supplied for us. Thanks Aleix for a great stay!

Bel appartement,très bien placé. A quelques pas de la plage et avec une vue magnifique sur les canaux. Très fonctionnel. Petit plus la terrasse a l'étage avec jacuzzi et lit baldaquin.. sans vis à vis . Top pour profiter du soleil ou du coucher du soleil . Hôte très sympas et très réactif. Logement géré par une conciergerie qui sont aussi agréable et sympa. Et de très bon conseil des 2 . Je recommande et je reviendrais avec plaisir

Logement très propre et bien placé Vue magnifique

Wij hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Al vóór aankomst werden wij geïnformeerd dat er een nieuwe keuken was geplaatst en dat er nieuwe terrasspullen waren. Het appartement heeft alles wat in de beschrijving staat. De doucheslang lekte, maar werd na melding vervangen – heel eenvoudig en met goede communicatie. Het is erg fijn om een eigen parkeerplek in de parkeergarage te hebben. We hebben genoten van het uitzicht op zee vanaf het terras. Je steekt de straat over en je bent op het strand. Wij bevelen het appartement zeker aan!

Wir wurden am Anreisetag von Raul persönlich in Empfang genommen. Unser Gastgeber konnte sich unsere verfrühte Check-In Zeit sehr gut einrichten. Er zeigte uns die Wohnung und gab uns Ausflugstips. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Umgebung lag. Wer nicht mit dem Auto anreist, hat durch das gut ausgebaute Verkehrsnetz viele Möglichkeiten die Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch Wandermöglichkeiten in die Berge/Natur gibt es direkt von Roses aus. Das Meer mit seinem Sandstrand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenfalls die Innenstadt. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft und Raul zu 100% weiter. 😊

Tout était parfait. Le logement est super fonctionnel . Il ne manque rien. L'emplacement est top. La proximité avec les vagues est géniale. La vue est époustouflante. La propreté du logement était parfaite ; un grand merci à Pascal pour sa gentillesse mais également pour la compétence et le sérieux des équipes d'entretien. Nous avons passé en ce mois d'avril 2025 une semaine en famille exceptionnelle. Le plus dur c'est de repartir car tout nous manque.

Ce que nous avons beaucoup aimé: - L'accueil chaleureux de Natalka. - Le logement plus spacieux que ce qu'on imaginait, bien agencé. - La propreté des lieux. - Le balcon-terrasse aéré. - Le ventilateur très silencieux et efficace. - Les places de parking gratuites au pied du logement ( facile de trouver une place début juin, en plein été c'est peut être plus compliqué) - Le supermarché à 3 minutes à pied. Globalement le logement est très confortable, on s'y sent vite à l'aise, il n'y manque rien! Ce qu'on a moins aimé: - Le confort des lits mais c'est toujours le cas avec des lits rabattables, on perd en confort, ce que l'on gagne en place! Il reste l'option du canapé-lit mais le matelas nous a découragé. - Certes il y a une vue partielle sur la mer, mais si le parking est si facile, c'est aussi qu'on a une vue imprenable sur les voitures. - Un peu bruyant du fait de sa situation centrale et touriste. - La ville qui n'a pas le charme des alentours.

C'est la 2nde fois que je viens dans ce logement et je ne suis toujours pas déçue. La vue est juste magnifique, j'adore prendre mon petit déjeuner en admirant la mer avec ses bateaux passant. Et cette tranquillité qui me permet de profiter de mes enfants dans cet appartement cosy et pratique. Je recommande à 300% Jamais déçue et je reviendrais avec plaisir !

Beautiful peaceful respite after a week on Camino. The instructions were very clear but we are new to driving in Spain so it took us a minute to find the dirt path to the house. The view from the deck is unbeatable. We came midweek and loved not having to flight crowds. A delight!!

Excellente semaine passée dans cette endroit. La vue, l'endroit paisible, le confort, tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Et merci a Roberto pour son accueil.

Der Empfang von Maria war sehr freundlich und sie hat uns gleich mit allen Informationen versorgt. Auch der Blick von der Terrasse zum Meer hat uns gut gefallen, bei stärkerem Seegang hat man das Rauschen des Meeres bis in die Unterkunft gehört. Der Bungalow war sehr liebevoll dekoriert, die Bilder von Miquel sind geschmackvoll und haben gut in die Zimmer gepasst. Nach ein paar Tagen hat sich Maria aktiv erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist und wir etwas brauchen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

We had a fantastic stay and David and Judith's home. The house was incredible with so many terraces and shared spaces to enjoy. I wish we had been able to stay longer. Judith was extremely friendly, energetic and very responsive. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location was walkable to restaurants, stores and hiking trails. This is one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in.
