It's perfect. It has everything. An 8-minute walk to Cala Canyelles, the best beach in Rosas, and 3 km from the center. Luxurious neighborhood. Parking for 1 car. Yes, Wi-Fi. Large pool. Terrace for 4 people to eat comfortably. Large common area with a summer lounge, which only 14 apartments can access, so it is very quiet. 2 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 4 people. The sofa has a bed inside. It has a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, a gas stove, a washer and a dryer.
