Place was clean and had new working appliances, only issue was construction noise from next door in the mornings. I wake up early so it's not a big problem but could be an issue if you sleep late.

Excellent apartment! Comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities and accessories. Communication with Virginia was very fluid. I would definitely go back.

It was a short but perfect stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable, it was impeccable, everything new. It has a private patio with a spectacular grill! And Adriana and her husband were super friendly and helpful!

Excellent apartment located in Bv Oroño, a few blocks from the Pichincha neighborhood with its bars and restaurants, as well as the coastal area. Very well distributed, clean and comfortable. Tomás always communicated quickly and check-in and check-out were very easy. I would definitely come back and I'll add it to my favorites.

Beautiful secluded little house that felt like home. Sol was an amazing host who even got us breakfast on the first morning when it was storming heavily and we hadn't had the time to get groceries yet. Communication was great, the house was comfortable and the pool was a treat! Would definitely recommmend!

The house is more beautiful and bigger than what you see in the photos. It has all amenities. It's very safe and spacious. It is in a very quiet area. Highly recommended to visit Rosario or the region and look for a quiet stay away from the chaos of downtown.

Georgina's house is as described. It is one each Very warm, stylish, functional with all the necessary details for a good stay. The back of the house c overlooking the golf gives a lot of peace and harmony. Georgina was helpful at all times. I recommend it 100%. We will be back!

Thanks to Julia and especially to Zoraida who was attentive to us in the event of any inconvenience that arose, always very willing to help us and collaborate with what we needed, it is a cozy, spacious place and has what you need to have a nice time, access to transportation is simple, there are places to shop, the bus terminal, bikes, bars, among others...

We stayed this weekend and the truth is that the house is very nice, well maintained and the pool and park were impeccable. Just like the description and photos. The only detail to keep in mind is that if you go with children, the pool has no fence. But everything was a 10, very good service from Sol and the area is very quiet. Thank you for everything! You have a very nice house!

Beautiful space, I would definitely choose it again. As a recommendation, I would put a door that separates the room from the rest so that the light and noise from the dining room do not pass through. But beyond that, it was an excellent decision to book this place

Everything was impeccable! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, bright and clean, with everything you need to be comfortable. The view from both balconies is spectacular for enjoying the sunsets in the city. It is located in an ideal spot to go out to eat or have a delicious coffee. Ignacio was an excellent host! Very warm, attentive and respectful to us from the moment we booked. We have no doubt that we will return on our next visit to Rosario!
