Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

The house is very spacious with a large kitchen-living room with access to a large terrace as well as a large living room with access to a covered terrace. The house contains four bedrooms and two large bathrooms - one with a sauna and access to an outdoor shower and one with a bathtub.

The cottage is ideal for families with children and couples who want peace and quiet and to be at one with nature. From the house, it is only 50 meters down to the beach with perfect swimming opportunities.

Lovely cottage in Odsherred

Our lovely cottage provides space for the whole family to relax and be active. The grounds invite play and exploration. The house is located high and unobstructed on a hillside overlooking trees and lots of blue sky. The house was built in 1965, but changes and improvements have been made later. The bathroom and kitchen are a little newer, but have a few years under their belt. A new stove and a new dishwasher were installed in 2022/23. The house has had a new roof and new windows in 2023.

It sits almost at the end of a gravel road, on a bluff, with direct access to the fjord from the house. Oroe is about 1,5 hour’s drive from Copenhagen, and 1 hour from Roskilde.
