The apartment is perfect with 2 bedrooms, and upstairs bathroom. The kitchen works well with a large fridge and everything you need. Only tricky part is accessing the unit after the street is closed to traffic. Either a few blocks walk with luggage, or make sure you register your vehicle with the Host over 48 hours in advance (wasn't entirely clear), since check-in is after the street is closed. But once that's all squared, it's a great location to explore the town.

Absolutely incredible experience! I can only recommend this Airbnb! Also the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and super understanding! The Airbnb is so beautifully decorated and located right in the center of Le Cannet. We absolutely fell in love with that small city and airbnb, it felt straight out of a movie, super romantic!

Apartment compact yet spacious enough as it had storage in the bedroom & the spacious terrace with outdoor furniture increased the living space. Awesome view and locaction. Selection of great restaurants downstairs and walking distance to town. Long sandy beach 200m down road. Apartment is very generously equipped for cooking etc. Everything was very clean with a large comfortable bed. Thanks Jonathan for great communication.

It is a great place for a family holiday, very safe area, nice rooms and beautiful terrace. Justine was a great host, welcoming and friendly and Justine offered quick help with questions or (minor) issues during our stay. We can recommend this beautiful place.

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace gives intimate outdoor access, which is very much appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the runways of the airport quite close, the noise (during the day only) is more of a nuisance than a nuisance. Good amenities, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In short, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

Have a great weekend. The apartment is very nice , the outside with barbecue is very nice and the parking space is a plus. Laurie and her spouse are very welcoming and have great tips for discovering the region.

After a few busy days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we were able to relax well, grill something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has excellent taste and the house is both lovingly furnished and everything is beautifully and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach right within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

The house is wonderful. Everything is very lovingly decorated. Benjamin thought of everything. It was very clean and modern. The furnishings were of very high quality and the beds very comfortable. Benjamin was always available immediately when we had a question. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. The garden is a small oasis with a wonderful pool. We were in the wilderness 3 minutes from the house and explored the deserted mountains. The area offers hikes that are very challenging. The area is very quiet and offers the opportunity to enjoy a nice vacation. Our 4 children loved the pool. But the many nearby beaches are also worth seeing. I recommend this house to anyone who wants to rest The distance to the sea is well known, was okay for us. The only disadvantage was that there were hardly any opportunities to walk the dog on site and it was even harder to find a route for jogging. Thanks Benjamin

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

Beautiful apartment in a private and secure environment with good amenities. Nothing was missing for us, we used the electric grill on the terrace more often. Enclosed parking spaces, also available for bicycles or motorcycles. Well-maintained complex with small pool. The place Plan de la Tour is wonderful with many possibilities to eat or shop. Bakers and butchers as well as two small supermarkets are available. Thursday is market day in the village, we recommend shopping there or buying the delicacies. Fabien is friendly, helpful and quick in his communication. We had a very nice time 😊
