Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Raymond and his son were lovely hosts. Our stay in menton was great. Their house is easy to access via the bus route. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor area was relaxing with lovely views. We would recommend, and we would stay again!

Bij aankomst konden we vaststellen dat het uitzicht inderdaad even fenomenaal was als op de foto’s, zowel in de tuin als in het huis. We hebben erg genoten van het huis en de fantastische tuin in etages, die bovendien perfect is omheind, waardoor we onze 2 hondjes zorgeloos konden loslaten. Jon Gisle en Marie-Laure waren erg behulpzaam en reageerden altijd heel snel, vriendelijk en begripvol. Speciale vermelding ook voor Edcel, die klaar stond met advies om wijnvlekken te verwijderen, na een dom ongelukje 🙏🏼. Ook op zondag schoten Jon Gisle, Marie-Laure en Edcel in actie om een probleempje met de zwembadpomp op te lossen. Wij komen terug 🙂!

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

Un très bon séjour. Très bel emplacement. Un joli logement dans une propriété bien entretenue. Le point fort de ce logement est la tranquillité loin de l’agitation de la ville et la belle et grande terrasse.

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

The view is incredible!! Peaceful area as well. There’s paid parking right outside the building which was super convenient. Everything was walkable. Check-in and checkout was super easy. Would definitely stay again!

Florence nous a vraiment bien accueillie, étant très serviable et prévenante avec toutes les explications ( et il y a beaucoup de papiers d'infos sur les environs) : maison très bien décorée et propre, avec tout le confort souhaité, dans un environnement verdoyant et une belle vue sur Monaco et la Méditerranée... Elle est bien située et proche de la route de la moyenne corniche qui facilite les déplacements. Il y a De nombreuses chose à faire et à voir... Nous avions eu en amont aussi, toutes les infos souhaités pour notre arrivée par Maurizio avec grande gentillesse. Merci à vous deux pour avoir tout fait pour que nos vacances soient réussies ! Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

The view is absolutely stunning!! The tent was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, aswell as the bathroom/kitchen, everything was spotlessly clean and checkin/out was super easy too! The only thing i would say is, i wouldn’t recommend walking up as there are over 400 steps up to the accommodation which was super tiring with bags and in the heat, i would use the local bus which is still a 13 minute walk from the accommodation but makes it less tiring 😅

AMAZING ! this place was better than the pictures - the most beautiful place i’ve stayed ! inside of house has plenty of space really clean comfy beds ! outdoor is idelic clean pool, huge garden space and tranquil surroundings. we got buses into town its self - bus stop very near the house and about a 40 minute drive on bus. The hosts were amazing very good at communicating and replying to our messeges always happy to help, very accommodating. 10/10 experience thanks you so much

Le Loft est tres bien placé, à proximité de restaurants, boulangerie et supermarché. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture, Royal! De plus, Bravo car tout équipé, cela faisait longtemps qu'on n'avait pas eu un appartement avec autant d'équipement à disposition ! Kevin est super, bel accueil, plein d'explication et des recommandations.., très flexible et très réactif, on sent qu'il tient à ce que ces clients soient au petit soin et c'est top ! On retient l'adresse et on reviendra avec plaisir !

Todo fue perfecto, desde el check in con Kevin, el departamento que es hermoso y los dias que pasamos en la Costa Azul. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, con un supermercado enfrente. Las instalaciones funcionan a la perfeccion y estaba equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias maravillosos. Prometimos volver!! Gracias

Wonderful stay at Wendy’s place. Quintessential French provincial but with a personal and unique flavour and flair. Was terrific to get to know this lovely hostess who goes out of her way to ensure your stay is everything you want it to be. Loved it 🥰

Kevin was a great host. Instructions were clear, home was clean and modern , everything we needed was provided. He recommended good restaurants around and was always eager to help. He was also helpful about the late check out since we had a late flight.I highly recommend him and his property. Thank you Kevin!

It is a great place with a perfect view from the rooms and terrace on the sea. From the kitchen nice mountain view. 30 minutes walk to downtown Monaco. Nice sea walkway and beach in <10 min walk

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

Look no further when traveling to Menton! Jean Francois was accommodating, the location central to all Menton has to offer, and the accommodations more than we could have asked for. It is not always easy to travel with children and all they require, but Jean Francois provided many things for the apartment and tailored recommendations for us. We hope to return soon!
