Un cadre parfait dans les collines, l’appartement est au top, fonctionnel et très agréable. Le sauna et la baignoire à spa un délice pour se relaxer!! Un petit déjeuner copieux, et local, n’hésitez pas venez essayer!!

Merci à Christiane et René pour leur accueil très chaleureux et leur disponibilité. J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans le studio bien aménagé, malheureusement le temps n'était pas de la partie pour profiter de la piscine. Logement très bien situé, à deux pas du centre de Saint Vallier de Thiey, au calme. Je reviendrai à l'occasion!

We truly loved every minute of our stay. Mougins is one of the special places on Earth. The apartment is perfectly situated at the edge of the carless old town allowing you to drop luggage steps from the front door. Parking was easy and nearby and free. Only once did we have to park at the main lot (a small distance away). There is a lovely courtyard where we ate breakfast (that we bought) every morning preferring this to the cafes. And the kitchen is fully stocked. Even eggs and butter and yogurt. The beds are super comfortable. And there are two large bathrooms. Laetitia and Orly are amazing helping with reservations and even handling an emergency mailing for us. They are the Best Airbnb Hosts. Hot tips: Our fave restaurant remains the Michelin starred L'Amandier. Don't miss it. Also, if you want your own breakfast food or groceries, be sure to buy in Lower Mougins because the old village has no groceries. One night we bought rotisserie chicken at Poulet Mouginoisse.

Cindy’s place was lovely - the photos don’t do it justice, beautiful surroundings and great (heated) pool. The space felt right for what we needed with ample kitchen supplies, comfy bed and a TV with lots to choose from. Few things to note - her two dogs are very friendly and attentive, definitely don’t book unless you are a fan of dogs. We had a couple of issues with the toilet flush not working - she was very responsive and it didn’t matter too much as we were out quite a lot. The shower also was quite slow to drain but again this didn’t impact our stay. We really enjoyed our visit and Cindy and her lovely family were welcoming, helpful and conscious of privacy - it almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. It’s up a gorgeous country road accessible by car or taxi. Thank you Cindy!

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful; I could relax there all day. We spent a few weeks here as digital nomads, and the house is perfect for that purpose. We had everything we needed for a long-term stay. Gisèle est très accueillante et disponible , elle nous a conseillé sur les visites à faire et les restaurants …😊 Nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit mais l’expérience fut bonne !le linge sentait bon…et les lits sont confortables ! Plusieurs terrasses agréables ! À savoir qu’un studio à louer également est collé au logement mais n’occasionne aucune gêne …

Hermoso apartamento. Todo estuvo impecable . Lo único tener cuidado si tienes problemas para subir gradas . Queda en el 4to piso y el ascensor no servía . Pero lo demás todo súper bien.

I had a wonderful stay at Coralie’s apartment! The place was lovely and impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. I especially enjoyed being able to sleep with the window open, letting in the fresh air. I had to work in the evenings during my stay, and I was pleased to find that the internet was excellent—reliable and fast, which made my work much easier. While the apartment is a bit on the outskirts of Nice, it was actually quite convenient, especially with bike rentals right outside. It made exploring the area a breeze! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nice. Thank you, Coralie!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich genau so wie beschrieben. Sie ist blitzsauber und eine der am besten ausgestatteten Wohnungen, in denen ich meinen Urlaub verbracht habe. Obwohl der Flug 4 Stunden Verspätung hatte, wurde ich um Mitternacht sehr herzlich empfangen. Es erwarteten mich Brötchen, Butter, Kaffee, Marmelade für den nächsten Morgen, und sogar eine Flasche Wein. Nathalie hatte einen Parkplatz frei gehalten und gab mir nützliche Tipps für die Umgebung. Auch den Balkon und die ruhige Lage habe ich sehr genossen. Zur Bushaltestelle geht ihr 3 Minuten und vom Bahnhof kommt ihr schnell an alle Orte an der Cote d'Azur. Für 1-2 Personen möchte ich die Wohnung unbedingt empfehlen. Ihr werdet euch schnell wie zu Hause fühlen.

Mi hijo disfrutó demasiado el tapanco, el tener la oportunidad de cocinar desde casa fue maravilloso. Definitivamente me quedaría de nuevo aquí.

I had a pleasant stay at Gael’s studio apartment. The apartment was clean, with all necessary amenities ( air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine etc) and charming balcony with mountains view ! Place is close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy and short walk to the tram stop which takes you to the centre in 15 min. Gaël was very nice and responsive, I wanted stay few more days and he was flexible with the booking.

foi um pouco difícil de encontrar mas a Martine prontamente nos ajudou. também nos permitiu entrar mais cedo, o que, com bebés, foi essencial. A propriedade está na melhor localização possível, no coração da Vila. Isso faz com que haja algum barulho ate tarde, mas vale a pena!

This apartment is fantastic value, the apartment is less than 2 minutes from the beach. The best restaurant i Juan Les Pins "Le Bistrot" is 50 metres away! A decent supermarket is just around the corner and yet it still feel quiet in the apartment. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. Angela is very responsive and helpful. it's great!

Très joli appartement extrêmement bien équipé et à 1 min à pied du centre et du parking compris dans la location (ce qui est bien apprécié car il est compliqué de trouver une place sinon). La climatisation est un vrai plus au vu la chaleur. Beaucoup de recommandations et la communication avec Magali et Cédric était parfaite. Attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il se situe au 3eme étage sans ascenseur. Quartier vivant la journée, et peut être un peu bruyant la nuit mais les hôtes n’y sont pour rien.

Bibi war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage dort ist super und ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist definitiv der Pool. Das Frühstück war immer liebevoll und schön vorbereitet. Vielen Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Très bonne adresse pour découvrir la côte comme nous pour aller à Monaco en TER. Gare à 5mns à pieds. Toutes les commodités à proximité y compris la plage et CAP 3000 Nous avons même sympathisé avec les voisins de la chambre voisine pour s'entendre sur la salle de bain partagée. Super terrasse pour le petit déjeuner, et super organisation pour les espaces partagés. Merci Pascal pour votre hébergement

다니엘 할머니와 화장실과 욕실을 공유해야하지만 한번도 내가 가고 싶을 때 가지 못한 적이 없습니다. 아침은 항상 든든하고 맛있게 준비해주셨고 한국어 가이드도 준비해주셨어서 너무 좋았어요!! 건강하세요 다니엘!!

Tout était parfait, le cadre est magnifique et très ressourçant, les hôtes sont à l'écoute, très sympathiques et se rendent disponibles autant que possible. Le logement en lui-même est très agréable, bien équipé et bien situé. Il y a un parking juste à côté mais si on est à pied (comme nous), on est assez proche des transports mais suffisamment loin pour être dépaysé et au calme le temps du séjour. On a aussi de chouettes ballades à faire aux alentours... Bref, comme on l'a dit en partant, si on avait pu mettre plus de 5/5 on l'aurait fait !! On espère revenir à l'occasion et peut être profiter de la rivière d'un peu plus près. Pas assez courageux pour se baigner en hiver !!

C était notre troisième séjour chez Philippe et Mireille et nous recommandons le Patio 53 à 100%. Le jardin, la piscine et tout l ensemble sont vraiment magnifiques. En plus Philippe et Mireille ont des très utiles recommandations pour des restaurants et lieux à visiter dans le coin. Vous pouvez être sur d y vivre un très beau séjour dans un cadre apaisante.

had an amazing time. loved the location and the house. it was quiet and very peaceful. very tastefully done with attention to detail. one of the best bnb’s that i have ever stayed in. all because of Pascale. she is very friendly and helpful. would love to come back and stay with my family and enjoy the lovely property. at the cost of repeating myself: It is beyond doubt one of the best bnb’s i have ever stayed in. wishing Pascale the very best and hope to see her soon.
