Appartamento nel centro del paese e perfetto per vivere il borgo a piedi. Silenzioso. Ideale per 2 persone o per famiglia con 2 bimbi piccoli come noi. Host preciso e reattivo nella comunicazione. Ci è piaciuto molto vivere per 2 giorni la vita di paese, la piazza, il fornaio ed i locali. Super consigliato per chi vuole godere anche della natura dei dintorni.

L’emplacement du logement légèrement au dessus du village permet de profiter d’une vue magnifique sur les montagnes ainsi que d’un calme plat tout en restant à proximité du centre de Saint Martin. Idéal pour se ressourcer à la montagne !

We have a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The view is absolutely amazing and you are right across the street from a beautiful beach for swimming. The hosts have thought of everything you might need and even left a little gift for our baby. Great location for visiting menton or day trips to other gorgeous coastal towns. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lionel. Le logement est petit, mais parfaitement équipé et fonctionnel. Les voisins sont accueillants et discrets. L’environnement est très plaisir. Je ne peux que recommander le logement de Lionel, chez qui nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Een fantastische locatie. Om verschillende activiteiten te ondernemen. Heel vele zijn op korte afstand. Leuke echte Franse dorpjes met authentieke kenmerken. Vriendelijk Fransen die ook Engels spreken en bereid zijn dit te doen. Het appartement is meer dan compleet. Van alle gemakken voorzien, zo is er een wasmachine, een vaatwasser en ligt er een setje handdoeken/ badlaken op je te wachten. Een eigen parkeer plek op het terrein binnen de poort en een eigen opgang naar het appartement toe. Het appartement ligt heel privé ten opzichte van de bewoners. En het gebruik van het zwembad is fantastisch. Wij waren er juni 2025, het was 30 graden en dus heel veel gebruik gemaakt van het (verwarmde) zwembad. De tuin is mooi aangelegd en de bloemen geuren heerlijk. Mooi uitzicht, welke geheel vrij is. De ontvangt is hartelijk, veel uitleg en een glas rosé kan direct ingeschonken worden. Een koude fles wacht bij aankomst op je. Vriendelijk en behulpzame familie. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

We had a wonderful stay at Matthieu’s apartment! 🏡✨ The place was spotless, stylish and exactly as described — even better in person. The view is stunning and the location is perfect to explore Beausoleil and Monte-Carlo. Matthieu was a great host: responsive, kind and truly welcoming. Communication was smooth and check-in/check-out were super easy. Highly recommended! We’re already planning to come back soon. 🙌🏼

Le logement est parfait et possède un emplacement idéal dans la ville. L'appartement est très fonctionnel. Isabelle et Florian sont très réactifs et très gentils. Je recommande vivement.

Les photos sont superbes, mais sur les lieux sont encore mieux. C’est un excellent choix et nous avons apprécié la vue sur la ville de grasse jusqu’à la côte.

I want with my Wife for Anniversary and the space was even better than the pictures. Form the 360 ocean views to the hikes you can do across the city. This place is spectacular. I highly recommend.

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

We loved our stay at Nina’s place in Cap D’ail. I had a last minute cancellation with another airbnb and booked very last minute with Nina- she was so quick to respond and so helpful to get us into her place. The view was gorgeous and it was very clean. She clearly has attention to every detail and made it a very special stay. There were chocolates, wine, and a hand written note upon our arrival. She also has very clear instructions for how to get in. Would love to stay again in the future!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment in the centre of Tourettes sur loup. It was well equipped & furnished. It was clean with lovely views & close to the restaurants in this quiet picturesque village. A good base to visit the area. The later check out was much appreciated for an easier journey home.

Words cannot express how wonderful Ibens villa is. If you’re not just looking for a place to lay your head, but for an authentic French experience, this is the place. Not only is Iben warm and friendly but the apartment is beautifully appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Iben has poured her heart & soul into her little haven and it shows. Special touches make the space feel like a home away from home. We loved our stay and were so very sad to leave. Book… you won’t regret it!!!

Great location — super easy to walk to everything, from restaurants to the beach. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-renovated. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Wir waren eine Nacht in der Unterkunft. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Brian war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Es ist ein wirklich kleines, ruhiges Örtchen. Die Schule liegt zwei Häuser weiter wodurch morgens Kinder zu hören sind. Wir hatten Glück einen der wenigen Parkplätze zu bekommen um so einen kurzen Fußweg zur Unterkunft zu haben. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder buchen. Vielen Dank nochmal☺️

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Julien war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben ihn immer wieder innerhalb der Anlage angetroffen und uns sehr nett mit Julien unterhalten. Er hatte uns einige nützliche Tipps gegeben. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage ist ein Auto erforderlich. Wir konnten unser Auto gut und geschützt innerhalb der Anlage parken. Das Apartment ließ sich sehr gut finden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super logement et super hôte. Le logement est super bien équipé et entretenu avec une exposition idéale vue mer et vue montagne. Catherine est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, disponible, de bon conseil, et super réactive. Allez y sans hésiter.

Excellent séjour, très bon accueil, hôte très disponible et réactive, emplacement idéal pour visiter la Côte d’Azur. Quelques propositions pour améliorer le côté pratique : un plateau, une carafe, des sets de table, un peu de vaisselle supplémentaire pour éviter de faire fonctionner le lave-vaisselle trop souvent.
