The lake is close, 500 m for swimming from the jetty, or 1 km to a nice bathing area with beach. Forest and nature in the corner while getting out on E4. High-quality golf courses such as Kallfors, Vidbynäs and Salem GK within a maximum of 30 min by car. 2 km to Rönninge centre where grocery store, restaurants and other services are available, also commuter trains and buses.

Former stables converted into cozy guest house on the lake Uttran. Access to toilet and shower in the spa area, 50 meters up from the guesthouse. Please note that the guesthouse does not have its own toilet. Kitchenette, refrigerator and BBQ available for preparing meals. Comfortable morning baths and boat rowing rides brighten the stay. The place is located 30 min from Stockholm C by commuter train. Rönninge station is 2.5 km from the place and you can take a bus or walk. Parking space is available.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, my place it a one room apartment and it really a new one. I moved in 2023 in January and it really calm and beautiful place,i been enjoying it since then.There is small central a minute way, with shops and restaurants and 24hr free car parking just a minute away by foot. The place is a minute away from both t train and buss station and it 25 minutes to Stockholm central with a train. You all welcome and enjoy Stockholm!

This nice tiny house is 4 meters from the lake with its own jetty ,rowing boat and Canoe The house has a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, micro convection oven, etc. Bathroom with shower & washing machine.In living room there is sofa and TV . Gas grill and porch with roof next to the house . It takes about 15 minutes to Tumba train station. 10 minutes to the nearest shop. 15 minutes to Botkyrka Golf club . A dream place .

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.
