Nice terraced house with three bedrooms 2 km west of the city center. Walking distance to shops, mountains and lake. Spacious garden with gas grill for bright summer evenings. When renting in weeks 28, 29, 30 and 31, the entire house is available. When renting the rest of the year, rooms in the basement with sofa bed, toilet room and washing machine are not available. If you need to wash clothes, this can be arranged by appointment. During jazz week, it is desirable to rent out the whole week to the same guests. The rest of the year, you can book a shorter stay.
