That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. Are you visiting the mighty Romsdalen and want a unique experience where a little bit of comfort meets raw, Norwegian nature? Now you have the chance. Annex with amazing views

Enjoy the wonderful view from this idyllic storehouse located on Valderøya outside Ålesund. The hayloft is over a hundred years old, but it has been renovated. NOTE: The storage room has electricity, but not running water or a toilet. Guests can use shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away. The bathroom in the main house is only used by you guests and access to the rest of the main house is closed off. There is 5 gallons of water available in the fridge. Cozy cabin right on the seafront, with the fjord as the closest neighbor. The cabin consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, hallway and loft. Plus, there is a great barbecue house. Here you can enjoy quiet days at the fjord or you have a good starting point for getting around the many sights and activities the area has to offer. The cabin can be used throughout the year, summer and winter. It takes approx. 10 minutes by car to Stryn city center. To Loen Skylift about 15-20 minutes.
