This very modern and high-quality furnished guest apartment is located in the center of the Dietzhausen district of the city of Suhl with parking space on the property. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. My very well-equipped apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the pull-out sofa in the living room. On our smart TV, I provide you with Netflix for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, right by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. Sufficient amenities are available for business travelers. 1 travel crib and 1 highchair are available for a small guest.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. Our apartment is located in the center of Merkershausen, a district of Bad Königshofen. A kitchen with dining table awaits you, a living room with sofa bed and TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. In the enclosed courtyard there is a barbecue area with outdoor seating in the countryside. In the house is another apartment upstairs. Parking is free on the street.

Lakeside house

Holiday home on the edge of a holiday home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake Unterfranken (about 17 ha) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. KfW standard until 2017 and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .
