Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Recently renovated apartment in an authentic Drôme building for a stay in the heart of nature, at the foot of the hiking trails. Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

Studio with sleeping area and real kitchen, refurbished in 2025. 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort (Gresse en Vercors). Very quiet environment, many hikes (Himalayan footbridges) and water activities.

Family-friendly activities, walks, discovering the flora and fauna... You'll love my place for the comfort and the view. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups, open year-round. Playground (bocce ball court and children's playground) near the cottage.
