The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Own entrance directly on the Bodensee cycle path

The Lake Getaway is located in a quiet residential area, directly on the Lake Constance cycle path. The Salmsacher Bay with barbecue and meeting place & pump track can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by bike in 4 minutes. Romanshorn with its inviting cafés by the lake & the seaside resort can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. 2 bikes are available free of charge. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Our garden with barbecue, seating area and 2 sun loungers is available to you for the end of the evening.

Simple but cozy to relax

The cozy studio near the lake has a kitchen and shower/toilet. A sunny seating area is available. Sun-seekers can relax in the garden. The jump into the lake is possible in 5 minutes. The famous seaside resort and mini golf can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Shopping is just around the corner. The bus to the train station and harbor is only 3 minutes away. Excursions by train/boat and the rental of bicycles are possible there. 1 parking space is available.

Das helle, sehr modern ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment (ca. 45 m²) mit großem Balkon liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Uferpromenade von Friedrichshafen und am Bodenseeradweg. Ganz in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Restaurants, Biergärten, Bäcker, Supermärkten, Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodensee und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils ca. 4 km. Ein Parkplatz und schnelles WLAN sind inbegriffen.

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .

Vacations at Lake Constance

Our 2.5 room apartment is in a quiet location in an old farmhouse: 5 minutes' walk from the lake and swimming area, 5 minutes from the nearest shopping and train station. The apartment is cozy and practically furnished. The exposed beams and oak parquet radiate warmth. A cozy seating area awaits you in the garden and there is plenty of space and playground equipment for children. It has a parking space and bicycle storage facilities.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Living right on Lake Constance | Apartment 4

You can't get any closer to the lake. Directly at the port of Altnau, we rent our residential units on a weekly or long-term basis. Relaxation is guaranteed in this historic building, which was completely renovated in 2023 and is right on the waterfront with various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Apartment 4 is ideal for 2 guests. In addition, 2 more people can be placed on the sofa bed 140x190cm.
