Built on 9000 m2 of land, this property is backed by the 12-hectare municipal park "Le Bois des Naix". 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the living room. As well as a double bed placed outside under a pergola for more holiday-like and quiet nights. Outdoor amenities: barbecue bowling green ping pong table badminton court 5 x 8 m pool 10 minutes from the giant casino and 15 minutes from the city center on foot. Relatively quiet place.

Modern 95 m2 house in a small village of the Drome des Collines. Close to St Donat sur l'Herbasse (2 min) and Romans (20 min), Valence (25 min), Lyon (50 min). This recent 2019 construction is modern and welcoming. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a large 60 m2 living room, a 55 m2 wooden terrace with jacuzzi (in service from March to October only) overlooking a magnificent view of the Ardèche and Vercors mountains. The rental apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, plus another room with 120 bed and 1 90 bed, a bathroom, a toilet, a large living/kitchen area, a 40 m2 veranda, a wooded park with large 5X10 pool. Sunbathing with cushions and gas barbecue available.

Welcome to our charming 18th century mill, nestled in the heart of a lush park along the banks of the Isère. It offers you a peaceful and serene retreat, ideal for a family getaway. The mill is suitable for 8 adults and 6 children. Requests for 14 adults cannot be accepted. Relax on the veranda with picturesque views of the park and dive into the pool to cool off in summer. A petanque court is also available.
