Beautiful rustic stone of the Emilian Apennines, surrounded by nature, which pleasantly helps to regain the slower rhythms that belonged to us in the recent past. After just one day spent in this corner of paradise, enlivened by the birdsong and the flowing waters of the nearby stream, we perceive the hectic days we experience daily in our cities as a distant, almost unreal memory. We spent beautiful evenings dining outdoors, unable to resist the temptation to light the fireplace in the garden to delight our palate. We are sure that our Kobe dog will also remember these vacation days with great pleasure and especially the moments spent in the cool waters of the stream. We can't help but dedicate a thought to Luana and Cristian, wonderful people with a dream in their hearts to enrich the quality of their daily lives in this beautiful place.

Ivano is a precise and honest host who cares about the success of his guests' stay. His house is a luxury residence nestled in the nature of the hilly territory of the Reggio Apennines. Overlooking the greenery, silence and peace, while you are completely immersed in the sounds of nature. The area lends itself to animal-watching activities, especially bird-watching. In the morning, you wake up to a multitude of different chirps from the numerous species of birds that inhabit the surrounding hills. The house, very clean and equipped with a terrace, balcony and windows on three sides, is furnished in a finely studied way. This is a much-loved home where you can relax among books, musical instruments, and paintings of the highest level. Ivano shares his life experience with guests by giving them an autonomous space at their complete disposal and fully equipped with everything they need for long stays of a family or a group of friends. We were very satisfied with our vacation home from Stefania. Great, spacious, secluded garden with lots of olive trees. Pergola with seating area invites you to linger. The cleanliness of the place was also extremely good. The beds or mattresses were very comfortable and the bedrooms nicely furnished. Stefania provided us with many tips and recommendations. She also booked a table for us twice at the nearby Osteria di Valgiano. Great food at a low price with a great view of Lucca. Stefania responded quickly and kindly to questions. We would have liked to have stayed longer and will definitely come back!

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 N.B. Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

Beautiful stay, definitely one of my favourites on airbnb so far. This apartment has everything you need. Convenient location by car to other places in Florence. Loved the kitchen as it is fully equipped. Even has an espresso machine! Highly recommend

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

We were perfectly hosted, Paolo and his wife are adorable. The house is spacious, perfectly equipped, a nice garden for an outdoor lunch. The house is near Montéfiorino, a beautiful little village, with very nice hikes to do. We had a great vacation i highly recommend it
