The apartment was built in 2023 and is located on the first floor of our home. It consists of the following rooms: - Kitchen with dining area - Living room/bedroom (king-size bed and sofa bed) - Spacious bathroom - Small cozy outdoor terrace A free covered parking space is available right next to the apartment.

Das Studio ist einfach, vollständig und zweckmässig ausgerüstet und verfügt über eine offene Küche, ein Badezimmer, sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2-4 Personen (Doppelbett und Schlafsofa für max 2 Personen). Grosse Fenster ermöglichen es, auch im Studio das herrliche Panorama zu geniessen.

Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with large terrace 20 m² and garden is located on the mezzanine floor a large shared apartment 80 m² with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambiance. Nice little apartment of 43 m2 on the ground floor of a house in the center of the village, consisting of a large room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom which, unlike the room, is tiny but functional. Although the place is exposed to street noise during rush hour, the nights are quiet and the accommodation gives on the terrace side. Buses and trains available in two minutes walk; highway entrance near (Avenches).
