A perfect stay in the Katapuna suite. the place is beautiful, quiet, peaceful. incredible views of the lake and mountains. the feeling of being totally cut off from the world. superb home. very clean, high-end amenities and materials (kitchen, appliances, bathroom, etc.) the bedding, pillows and duvet give you a feeling of being snuggled on a cloud. I'll be back and recommend it Absolutely! If you can, book the Loft upstairs instead of the suite, everything is even more magnificent!

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

we spent a night in the Villa for the Mother's Day in surprise to our mom. The villa is great, a majestic living room and a larger hot tub than anyone imagined. Our mom really enjoyed the surprise and the places were perfect no complaints! Thank you for your warm welcome.

We stayed with 7 architects in this beautiful home. It exceeded our high expectations. The house and the surroundings are incredibly beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay there 2 nights.

We took the accommodation for one night with 11 friends, and we weren't disappointed! The place is beautiful, quiet, with mountain views, in addition to a pool and jacuzzi that allow you to enjoy the view even more quietly. The interior is great, there is space and it is clean. Enough to have fun with the petanque court, ping pong table, pool, foosball, etc... Very happy to have chosen this accommodation I recommend without a second thought Sébastien's house! ;)

Léa was friendly, efficient and flexible, which I would like to see in everyone in this area! The accommodation, the environment and the neighborhood were what we remembered most from this stay! Very nice view and place with a faithful description on the site, easy to access and pleasant. I recommend this place and this host to everyone. The villa was as shown in the pictures, the garden with a swing is huge - plenty of space for children to run around. The villa is privately located, with beautiful views of the lake. Maryline was very friendly, easy to reach and responded very quickly to inquiries.

We spent a wonderful week at the villa and especially enjoyed the lovely and big garden. The kitchen and living-area are nice and spacious. Outside the house there are lots of lovely places where you can stay. It is quiet and you can only hear the birds (no traffic). In the village nearby (5‘ with the car) there is a good restaurant. We would always come back.

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

My family of 11 people stayed for 5 days in this beautiful villa. The pictures are representative of the very spacious rooms and facility . The villa is old but really charming with a big garden. Everything was very clean (not easy in such a big space) and the kitchen and living room are really well equipped for cooking and having dinner in a big group. The area is definitely my favorite in Basel: walk dostance to the rhein river, quite but also surrounded by many restaurants and bars in 5-10’ walk. Dan and hid team were very reactive while contacted for questions. The 2 parking in the garage are also super useful considering that in Basel is very difficult to find a parking to park in the street. Definitely recommended for big groups!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

We had a great stay in Annecy at Les Eaux Vives. Everything was communicated very clearly and in advance of check in and check out, even sending reminders, which was great and worry-free. The agency which handles the booking for the host was very responsive at all times. The place was lovely, well equipped and clean. The kids loved the "nook" beds upstairs and everyone had a great stay. The surroundings and the view were stunning! We met the host on a couple of occasions, very nice and welcoming. Would book again.

A wonderful stay! Relaxing and very quiet. The jacuzzi and pool are really a very nice plus. The house is cool, the American fridge is a plus too. Parking space and not overlooked outside.

We had a great time in this charming house, tastefully decorated. The garden is beautiful, very relaxing, and the pool clearly punctuated our sunny days. Everything was clean, well-equipped, very pleasant to stay in. We immediately felt good there. A big thank you also for the warm welcome and easy exchanges throughout the stay. We'll be back with pleasure:)

Our stay was absolutely incredible — everything we could have dreamed of and more! The house is perfect for a family with kids. Ours LOVED all the legos and toys, and the pool was a perfect afternoon hangout in the 85 degree temps. Many a spritz was had on the patio while watching the kids swim. ☺️ The views are breathtaking and provided so much peace and relaxation to our stay. The house is in a great, private location but would have been tricky to experience the surrounding areas without a rental car. Overall I would highly recommend this house and will likely dream about visiting again for years to come.

This has been a much loved family home and there are many homely personal touches throughout. The location is very good and Saint Jorioz is a lovely town with great facilities.

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

The stay at Karine's house in Challex went very well. His house is spacious, functional and equipped with everything you need. Superb views of the Alps including from the pool. Karine is an easily reachable person and she was able to be understanding during a small material damage (handle of the damaged fridge) that we offered to reimburse. So I would recommend this house!

We stayed at Patrice's house for an extended weekend (6 adults with 4 children). We all had enough space for retreat and great, large common areas. The generosity of Patrice and his family overwhelmed us very much. So many toys were allowed to be used. For our children it was absolute paradise! The amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and garden were also absolutely fantastic. The pool and garden were a dream. We were able to relax very well and enjoyed the time with Patrice very much. We'd love to come back another time.

Very welcoming and very quiet house. Lots of things available for children and adults as well. Very welcoming host. We had a great weekend.
