Niccolo is great. Allowed us an early check-in as our flight came in early. Apartment is nice and the pool is nice to escape the heat in summer. Good location too. Would definitely recommend as an option near Malpensa airport

Very nice and modern furnished apartment, the living room offers a lot of light and a view through its large windows all around. A large and covered balcony invites you to sit outside. The breakfast room is also modern and tasty, the same applies to the "beer garden" The operators of the hotel are super nice!

Great place. Loved the location, as it was so close to bus stop and train station. Market right below which was so convenient. Place was clean and had what we needed. Without A/C we were given fans and it kept us plenty comfortable! Communication was great with Book A Home & we felt safe being in another country in a new place.

We were family of 4 , we did had very nice time , I would like to appreciate Barney and Catrine , the apartments is really comfortable ,we could enjoy the SPA , swimming pool , was perfect after skiing all day is near to all and has all you need , I would definitely recommend it !

To say that we were delighted is not strong enough. The accommodation is located in a private residence, common lounge on the ground floor, laundry, toilet, sauna (closed at this time) ski room (for winter), spacious double elevator, wide and quiet hallways. The apartment is conveniently located in the corner with two beautiful windows overlooking a large terrace each with views of the valley and mountains and views of the Mont Blanc mountain range for the other. The kitchen is very well equipped, new ceramic hob, washing machine and dishwasher, an excellent microwave and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The bedrooms are very good and functional, separate toilet and bathroom. The location is ideal, a short walk to the gondola, and a few minutes' walk to the center of Saint-Gervais. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, it is a lovely clean, warm and comfortable space. The view from the living room is spectacular and a wonderful place to sit in the afternoon and relax after a mornings skiing. The warm outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi pool was a hit with my 6 year old and a lovely way to relax after a busy morning. Being able to order fresh bread and croissants for the morning was fabulous. Loved the ski in ski out, the locker room was straight out the door and on to the slopes! I would definitely return to this lovely apartment. Flaine is great for beginners and more experience skiers.

The place was perfect. Great location—we only had a short walk to the gondola (easy even in ski boots), a patisserie and pizza place across the street, a small market for groceries a 10 minute walk away and a plenty of restaurants in St Gervais about a 10 minute walk away. Francois was an excellent host and helped with any questions we had. It was a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment. It's in the middle of Annecy’s Old Town, and the building has a lot of history. Sylvie was very friendly and replied to our questions quickly. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. One small thing future guests might want to know. All of the windows are fitted with a rain-sensor safety system that closes them automatically whenever it starts to rain. The safety feature works well, but it can get a bit stuffy at times. Especially at night, when the windows shut on their own and need to be reopened manually. It didn’t affect our overall experience, just something to keep in mind. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here!

Thank you for your warm welcome and availability. It is very easy to park on the street right next to the building entrance whose door is a plus and is very secure. Great stay. Recommended!

Maïté's apartment has a magnificent view of the lake, and the bedding is very good quality. We recommend this host.

Pleasant welcome, the owner was very responsive: an outage was resolved immediately. Thanks to her! Easy to find accommodation, totally independent, spacious, well-equipped and very clean. No possibility of supply in the village, you have to travel about 10km. Finally, a big regret: no functioning of the TV which is only used to watch DVDs.
