Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Roma Norte

The place was amazing. We especially enjoyed the 360 view on the rooftop, the gym & the pool. We immediately felt dafe when arriving at the Icon Roma. There were always people by the door. Everything was walkable and there were a lot of nice food places nearby!

It was wonderful place nice clean big enough everyone helpful and friendly and Buisness restaurants bar were few steps away 🌹💕

Very Agustí place and good location

Comfortable apartment with plenty of space. We don’t mind walking and there’s a lot within walking distance. Chapultepec is about a 45 minute walk. Apartment is on the southern part of Roma Norte, but that opens up access to other parts of town. It was a little noisy but mostly city noises you’d get anywhere in the city except for some heavy construction happening nearby. Not much to do about that. Overall great apartment, very comfortable, and awesome find.

Great place for our first visit to CDMX! Walkable to anything you could want in Roma Norte and condesa. Sarali is very responsive and friendly; we especially appreciated her list of recommendations. We went to some great places we wouldn’t have found ourselves.

Fabulous stay at Casa Oliva! Very conveniently located, walkable to all of Roma, Juarez and Condesa. Nice features, very cute building, court yard and terrace. The entire staff was lovely, helped us tremendously with retrieving our lost luggage, always friendly and on-hand. Hosts communicated frequently and kept us informed of processes, etc.

We enjoyed our stay and found the neighborhood quite walkable. Convenient to walk to a market across the street for water and basics. We encountered a few maintenance issues while staying there and the host was responsive. We stayed in May and found the apartment was quite warm/hot for sleeping but would only let that deter you if you’re super sensitive to heat. It will very much depend on the time of year. Roof top and pool are beautiful and the views can’t be beat!

Recommended! The property is identical to the photographs shown, an ideal place to get to know Mexico City and rest, incredible view. Alan was always attentive to any request and willing to help.

Karla was a great host — very responsive and helpful. We appreciated the little touches and quick replies when we had questions, like getting an extra fan for the warm living area. The apartment felt safe and had everything we needed, including a nice space to relax after walking around the city. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting CDMX — we’d definitely come back!

Great Place with a perfect Location Thank You!

We loved our stay at this place in Condesa/Roma Norte. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and looked just like the photos. The location is amazing—right near Parque México and surrounded by tons of great restaurants, bars, and cafes (ie Odette, Tlecan, just to name a few). It was a good homebase. We felt really safe the whole time — there is 24/7 security in the building with the nicest security guards. The host was great—super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions and was very proactive/professional. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic place to stay for a week in CDMX. Pros: - The location is perfect. Right in the middle of the trendiest neighborhoods in CDMX which has tons of food and is super clean and walkable. - Viridiana is very responsive. We had a minor issue (more in Cons) and she made it right! - The apartment came with free coffee and a large container of filtered water. - The place was spotless, and huge. The patio is really nice, and the building staff were friendly with the check-in. Cons: - The pool was unfortunately broken when we arrived due to heavy rains. They were actively working on fixing it the entire week we were there, so hopefully it will be fixed soon. - The apartment faces a busy road. It is quiet enough with the doors closed, but very loud with windows open. - The AC in the main bedroom does not work since it isn't connected to outside air. (Not a problem for our visit--we mostly kept the windows open to keep things cool).

Augustina was very nice, helpful, accommodating and was willing to meet all of our needs. She goes above and beyond!

The place matches the description and photos, it was very clean and the stay was very comfortable overall. Carlos was attentive to every question and was very clear with the directions to get to the place.

Mariana was great at communication. The building is easy to get into - buzz the door and the security lets you in. The neighborhood is nice - one can tell it is peaceful with the trendy bar across the street, a hippy cafe and a vegan ramen place. Easily walkable. The apartment looked just like the photos. Nice floor plan and high ceilings.

What a great place to stay right by beautiful Coyocan! The gym and pool were great and the apartment is really more like a condo - tons of space! I would definitely stay again.

It was easy check in, and the host was really nice and always responded quickly. The place is nice and clean. I would recommend to anyone that has a vacation or business trip.

My family & I enjoyed our stay at Casa Metl. The location in Roma Sur was great, close enough to all of the action but removed enough for a laid back vibe. The house is exactly as pictured. Host interation was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

An excellent place, it feels like being at home, it is the second time we have stayed in this place and the host is always attentive and cares about his guests, the house is impeccable, a good area, everything is close and accessible. We loved it and we will return on future trips we have.

We had a group of 8 and this house was absolutely perfect for us. We had more than enough rooms for everybody, even extra ones. We loved that there was so much space, it didn't feel crowded at all. You didn't have to be in your room to have privacy, you can be out in the garden, the rooftop, etc. We appreciated the multiple dining rooms. Everyone tended to gather in the kitchen because the food was there but if we wanted more space to play games or just talk, we could move to the other dining areas. We also had chefs come over and they were able to use the kitchen all to themselves while all of us stayed in the other dining room. Amenities we didn't think we needed but were actually happy to have were: laundry, the gym and restroom right by the main hall. I want to emphasize how beautiful this house was. The flooring, all the wood, the blinds were easy to use, the decor. Most of all, Samuel was an amazing guard and Hector an amazing host. They made it all the best experience!

The place was beautiful. The hosts were incredible. Very helpful and nice! The area felt so comfortable. The house was the perfect place to rest after a day of walking around.

Had the best time staying here with a group of 9!! Gorgeous space with fantastic amenities. Exactly as described, extremely comfortable, and in a great location - just a 15 minute walk to Roma Norte. There’s a fantastic coffee shop, Mandrake, right on the corner, and a great bar, Dona Vero, a block away. Truly could not be happier with our choice! Fantastic and proactive hosts who were so kind and accommodating - we were able to check in a bit early and they allowed us to leave our bags past check out and pick them up later since we had an evening flight. And when one of the toilets kept running, they sent maintenance over to have a look and resolve it just a few hours later! Highly recommended!!
