Loft vacation rentals in Roma Norte

We loved our stay here! Beautiful loft space in the perfect location for CDMX - lots of great bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The place itself is a very cool space and gave us everything we needed. Jacobo was very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book this again if we came back to the city.

Richard and Lety’s place exceeded all of our expectations! As someone who has visited Mexico City numerous times, I can honestly say their home is in an ideal location—just a short walk to the metro and a quick Uber ride to many of the city’s top attractions. The neighborhood feels very safe and has a great local market less than five minutes away where you can eat delicious food and buy anything you might need. But what truly makes this stay special is the room itself and the hosts. The space is cozy, the views are beautiful, and Richard and Lety are simply wonderful people. Their warmth and hospitality made all the difference during our trip. At one point they kindly offered to let us use their washer when I couldn’t find a laundromat, and by the time I came downstairs to collect our clothes, Richard had already washed everything for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. When I return to CDMX, I’ll definitely be booking with Richard and Lety again! Highly recom

Maru was kind and very helpful. The place is wonderful as it’s private and a large courtyard buffers you from the street. Roy the dog was so sweet. We 😍 loved it!!! Would definitely stay there again.

Ximena is a wonderful host and her flat is remarkable (as they say, better than the pictures). The gorgeous pool was also a highlight for us as lap swimmers. We had an amazing time!

Alex’s space was amazing! Had everything and anything we needed. Super kind and responsive to any questions we had that popped up. The check in was super easy and was greeted by Laura one of Alex’s helpers who gave us a tour and made sure we felt right at home during our stay. The location was AMAZING. Super cozy, private, and calm. The space was clean and spacious. I will say be ready to climb up a set of stairs everyday after being out and about lol but if you dont mind some stairs then you’ll be okay! I also would add the bathroom was a bit narrow so if you are on the thicker side be prepared to side step a bit. I also wish they had a full body mirror outside of the bathroom since it’s a bit narrow. Outside of my those minor suggestions the apartment is truly a gem and would stay again and again!!! :)

Guillermo was a great host, very communicative from the jump to make sure we were comfortable. When we needed some extra accommodation he went out of his way to make it work. The location was wonderful, just outside the main hustle and bustle with everything you could want a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and the balcony was perfect for enjoying a coffee or pre-dinner drink. I would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay in CDMX!

Carlos really goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best time in CDMX! Not only is his place well decorated and in a very walkable location, but it's private and secure. Having Cafe Nin (Panderia Rosetta) downstairs was so nice each morning and we very rarely had to uber to get where we needed to go. The interior decor felt very soho house and was such a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Looking forward to staying again when we're back in CDMX!

I had a lovely stay at Rodrigo’s. It was a convenient location and a relaxing place to crash after exploring the city.

They responded to all of my many questions quickly and thoughtfully. There was also a security guard stationed at the building entrance 24/7, and he was incredibly kind and attentive. I’m sure I’ll be back in Mexico soon, and when I return, I definitely want to stay either at this same place or at one of their other properties. Thank you for providing such a safe and clean space.

The apartment is very comfortable to stay for short or long stays as it has the essentials, it is on a busy street and close to hospitals so it is common to hear ambulances but the hosts left us headphones to sleep, we did not need them but it was a nice touch. I also appreciated that they left mosquito repellent and insecticide as well as water! It's close to a metro and metrobus station, so getting around is very easy and there are many food options nearby! When I went, it was rainy days so the apartment was cool. Obviously, when you leave and leave everything closed, it gets a little hot in the afternoons, but that was solved by leaving the windows open for a while, and at night it cooled down a lot. Would stay here again:)

Look no further! You have found your home in Mexico City. I’ve been staying at Airbnb‘s for about the last 15 years, and every few years I stay at one that truly stands out as an exquisite treat. Rosario’s loft is one of those places. The photos don’t do it justice! The space is charming and the location is ideal. The windows truly block the sound out — a rarity in Mexico City. There is cross ventilation and views onto the delectable Cafe Nin. The area offers fun shopping and cute restaurants. Rosario is a very kind and responsive host. Just exactly what you would want – lots of privacy, but also great communication. For our first two nights, my husband and my daughter were there, and the last two nights I was solo. The loft was comfortable in both configurations. The doorman was very kind and gave me an extra sense of security when I was staying alone. Rosario’s place truly feels like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return on my next visit to CDMX!

The place is very nice, even better than the photos, and it feels very safe since there is surveillance. We'll definitely be back :)

Here are a few things we liked about this place that might set it apart from other air bnb’s you’re considering in CDMX: 1. Location - centralized for exploring the city. We mostly walked, but it was also super easy for uber to find. 2. Setup - great WiFi, perfectly-sized kitchen, the hottest shower I’ve ever had in Mexico City, filtered drinking water, we didn’t use the private patio much but it’s a great amenity 3. Host - Eduardo was QUICK to reply, easy check in/out, he gave us great local tips Some things to be aware of: 1. It’s 3 floors up, no elevator 2. There is a loud bar across the street 3. Key access only - no digital entry (for those of you who hate carrying keys around) This was a perfect place for us as a couple visiting as tourists. The apt. was comfortable, had everything we needed (& more), and is in a neighborhood we loved. On top of all that, Eduardo was a responsive, informative, and gracious host. We’d stay here again.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, as it can be reached on foot from the subway station. It was clean and tidy. Gaby was always attentive and was very kind at all times. I'd stay there again.

The place is excellent and very, very nice. It's very small, so be careful with that, but it feels extremely comfortable and pleasant, the area is very nice and there is a square very close by for anything. Of course, I would recommend that the blinds in the living room be curtains as such, since it is very transparent and you feel exposed. Also note that some noise is heard. Overall the stay was pretty good.

The accommodation is comfortable, has good amenities and is spacious. The bathroom was very clean. The area is quiet. During the day, the room heats up a bit, it can get hot, but there is a fan that cools the room. I recommend the accommodation. The host is very friendly.

I loved the place, the subway is super close, and it's also very close to Coyoacan, the commute was very fast. The room was very cozy and the bed was super comfortable. I didn't have a chance to spend time in the upper community area, but I went up a couple of times and it was super nice. It made me want to come back. Rosa Maria and Dany are super friendly and very quick to respond, 10 out of 10, 100% recommended.
