Everything was excellent, location, spaces, communication. I highly recommend it.

The location of this spot is very convenient with restaurants and panderia within walking distance. I loved that the place was fully stocked on everything I of course bring my own travel supplies but if you like to pack lightly that is not problem if you choose to stay here since they have all the toiletries already. only suggestion for future guess: 1. place is kind of hidden/ not easy to locate for the first time so it is best to meet host at the corner store (oxxo) seconds away from the place. Or perhaps host can post picture of their door from the street. 2. make sure to practice turning on the shower water while the host is still there just to make sure you understand how

A great place to stay in Roma/Condesa. The building itself is a little old but the apartment has all the modern amenities you need. Plenty of food and drink options right outside the door and easy walking distance to anything in Roma or Condesa. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well for cooling after the 90 degree days we had.

The worst first: hot water was v unreliable during our stay. In 6 days, we only ended up with 2 hot showers. While Mario and co were extremely responsive about this, the issue persisted. So if reliable hot water is a deal breaker for you, this probably isn't the right place for you to stay. Otherwise, the apartment was great! Extremely centrally located in a fun, safe, and bustling neighborhood, it was also somehow maybe the quietest airbnb I've ever stayed in, perfect for sensitive sleepers. The apartment was immaculately clean and spotless, as well as being beautifully decorated. I've never seen an airbnb so prepared for small children (crib, child locks, etc) or the mobility impaired (grab bar, seat in shower); while neither of these were relevant to my travel party, I was still impressed with the readiness. Mario and team were great to deal with and even recommended a wonderful, reasonably priced driver who we ended up working with extensively. I recommend!!

This apartment is in a fantastic location—a beautiful building on a lively street, just a short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. The space itself is awesome, stylish, and comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment was just as advertised! Jany allowed us to check in early because there was no one checking out that day (we really appreciated the flexibility). The place felt really safe because there is a first-floor lobby that always has someone behind the desk. The apartment itself was clean and we didn’t have any issues with bugs. The shower leaked water a tiny bit onto the floor by the toilet, but we kept a towel down and it wasn’t a big issue. We heard a some noise coming from the rowdy unit across the hall from us, but it wasn’t loud enough or went late enough to be an issue. The temperature in the apartment was good, it was about 22-25 degrees c outside and with the fan we were fine any time we got hot (at night it even got a bit cool). Walking distance to some great restaurants that were on our list, and overall a beautiful neighbourhood. There’s a convenience store nearby (on the closest street corner) and it’s on a main road so it was easy to call Ubers.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of condesa neighborhood. Walkable to a lot of restaurants and bars. Nadezda made us feel right at home and absolutely loved this open air oasis. The locals were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I stayed in the cozy apartment for a month and had everything I needed during that time. The location is really functional: you can walk to all parts of the historic center and there are good transport connections to other places. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly at all times. The neighbors were also friendly. I hope to return some day.

Natalia's place truly felt like a home away from home, offering a cozy personal space equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terraces next to the Jacaranda trees are amazing. The neighborhood is a hidden gem, secluded from busy areas yet offering plenty to do. The street is peaceful and green, though the noise of the nearby busy road serves as a reminder that you're still in the city.

This place is an absolute gem. We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect accommodation during our weeks in Mexico City. The house is situated in the backyard of Mateo‘s and Ana‘s home, everything is decorated with attention to detail and a great sense of style. The house had everything we needed for our stay, which lasted several weeks. The neighborhood (Coyoacán) was our favorite in all of Mexico City as it is safe, has a lot of parks, restaurants and coffee places (and of course the Frida Kahlo Museum) but is not as gentrified as the north. Mateo and Ana are wonderful people and great hosts. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb.

The most beautiful artistic Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Every room had a different vibe and there was so much beautiful art and books to look at. The house is so well designed and has so much character! The hosts were super helpful, kind, flexible and communicative. We loved every part of our stay! This apartment is just lovely! It matches the photos exactly and has lots of fun & interesting objects around that Marco's clearly collected over time. They make the apartment a fun & inviting place to stay. He met us at the there & had the fridge stocked with cold beverages to welcome us. Marco stayed and showed us a map with restaurant recommendations (the BEST tacos at Los Parados!) and other features of the neighborhood and beyond. Anytime we had a question Marco was very responsive. Roma Sur is a nice quiet neighborhood and felt very comfortable. We had so much fun in CDMX & look forward to our next trip!

The stay was great. The location is excellent Areli and Ivan were clear with the instructions. We arrived at night but with the self check-in there was no problem. The photos fully match the place. We were greeted with snacks and water.

It was an amazing stay, from the beginning Luis allowed us to leave our luggage while he was checking in. The place is super safe, and if you go to any congress at the WTC, the entrance is right across the street. Everything was perfect!!!

Gaby’s place was perfect for me. The location is excellent. The neighborhood is beautiful and Gaby is a wonderful host.
