Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Roma, Roma Sur

This is the most wonderful place to stay! Horacio and Arturo were kind, friendly, welcoming, and responsive to every question or need we had. The house was exactly like the excellent photos online and felt like home after our two-week stay. It was very hard to leave, and we will stay again if we ever return to CDMX.

I appreciated how centric Lisette’s place was to many spots. The bed was incredibly comfy and enjoyed the items in the kitchen (like the many water bottles) for guests to use. One thing was that on our first night there was a lot of noise during the middle of the night but, that’s beyond the control of Lisette. However, if you’re a light sleeper I would recommend taking some ear plugs!

Wonderful, walkable location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Sometimes Uber got confused with location, so we found that navigating to nearby Taqueria Don Frank worked well. The house was beautifully furnished, with lots of windows, art, very comfy beds, plenty of extra towels and linens and pillows, and a kitchen with everything we needed, including a nifty water filter pot! The security gates made us feel very safe, and the rooftop and kitchen patios were great for getting some air and viewing the city. Santiago was wonderful with communication, and gave us some wonderful tips for restaurants and things to do as well. Overall, a delightful experience!

Very clean, clear instruction, nothing was missing. I loved that it was near Chapultapec Park. Washer available upstairs that works very well. Alejandra is very friendly. She made sure everything was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay! Luz and Edith were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made everything smooth and easy. The place was very private, clean, and I felt completely safe. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Stay here—you won’t regret it! Very quiet and the decor is so tasteful.

This place is truly full of charm. It’s hard to find spots that are both minimally filled but still rich with character and this is it. I stayed for a month and the pillows and bed were wonderfully comfortable and the shower gets lovely and hot! Located across a wonderful coffee shop and close to Parque Mexico it really is a wonderful location. If I can, I’ll be back!

The hosts were great, quick to respond and helpful. The place is great! You can tell it was well curated and loved for, with comfortable mattress, an authentic MCM Le Corbusier Lounge chair, ample closet space and best of all, functional bidet. The location is great and walkable, within close proximity to all the great bars and restuarants Roma Norte has to offer. Will definitely book this or another place of theirs.

This was literally one of the best Airbnb stays I've ever experienced for the cost. The host laid out very clear instructions on checking in and out with little to no need to communicate. All that was needed for a great vacation was available within the airbnb. The area was prime, with a starbucks and a second coffee shop right outside the building, MANY restaurants and bars walking distance, and tons to do. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Sylvia! This is the PERFECT place to stay in Roma. The space is so creative. The vibe was cool. The rooftop is freaking amazing. It is perfect for spending your days out in the city and coming back to the cozy room in the very safe and modern building (without losing the neighbor charm). Do not hesitate to book. The host will meet you at the front and walk you in and give you all the instructions. Very first class/white glove feeling.

Lovely apartment full of music and literature. Beautiful neighborhood and very friendly neighbors. There was a brief power outage due to very heavy rains when we stayed and the neighbors in the building were so kind to us, gave us candles and helped us charge our phones, despite us being foreigners with a language barrier. Demian was very helpful throughout. It’s a beautiful building and apartment with a lovely balcony in a beautiful area, would definitely stay again!

The apartment is all brand new and very charming for new construction. It’s in a pretty good neighborhood, close to lots of great restaurants and everything you need. The price is slightly on the higher side for the square footage, but it feels worth it since everything is new and well-designed. The AC works, though we wished it was a bit stronger—especially with the extreme heat in Mérida at the end of May. Also, the soap and shampoo provided smelled really good, which was a nice touch. Overall, a lovely stay.

Perfect location! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and walking around the neighborhood. Public transportation is close by. Easy to check in. Great places to eat right around the corner. No complaints.

Karla was a great host — very responsive and helpful. We appreciated the little touches and quick replies when we had questions, like getting an extra fan for the warm living area. The apartment felt safe and had everything we needed, including a nice space to relax after walking around the city. Ren and Mariana were excellent hosts and always responsive. Super flexible with our early arrival and always willing to make accommodations. This was my second time staying here and it's for good reason - the location, the comfort of the apartment, and the excellent hosts. Will certainly return here if available on my next CDMX trip!

Fantastic! Highlights: Super easy check-in with a 24/7 front doorman. This made things feel safe and accessible regardless of arrival time. Fantastic (and quiet!) space for a family with two young kids. Patio was a wonderful respite from fumes and sounds. Full kitchen and laundry were much more valuable than we expected when we got stuck in the rain. Responsive host and in a great location. Thank you so much!

Lilas apartment in centralized Juarez neighborhood felt both relaxing and peaceful, surrounded by a jungle of plants on the rooftop of the building, the apartment overlooks a great deal of the neighborhood and surrounding areas. All the windows made the place breezy and bright - beautiful way to wake up in Mexico City. Highly recommend and excited to come back and stay at Lilas!
