We're only 30 minutes from the centre of Christchurch, about 1 hour to Porters Ski Area or Mount Hutt or 15 minutes from The National Equestrian Centre at McLeans Island. This is a family lifestyle property. We have horses, alpacas, kunekune pigs, chickens and dogs. Bring your horse. There is grazing with easy access and parking for trucks and floats. Modern private fully self-contained unit

Modern well maintained 70sqm unit, fully self-contained with separate toilet, bathroom with bath tub and separate shower, full kitchen, internal access single garage, plus outside parking, laundry with washer and dryer, heatpump that heats and cools the unit, queen bed. 300m to a Metromart and about 1.5km to Pak'nSave. We do have 2 small dogs, but they can not get access to the Annex. Max 2 people. There is a exterior security camera that shows the driveway for safety.
