One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé, endroit calme. Les explications d’accès ont été très claires. L’appartement est chaleureux, fonctionnel et très agréable. Teo est tres réactif dans ses réponses à mes questions. Je recommande sans hesitation.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’arrivée était personnalisée. Marie et Pierre sont très sympathiques et nous ont fait de belles recommandations. L’appartement est petit, mais l’espace est bien optimisé. La petite terrasse permet de profiter d’une belle vue sur le Lac Leman. L’emplacement est parfait et les alentours magnifiques. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation!

Renata, je was werkelijk een geweldige gastvrouw, die het je gasten continu en proactief zo plezierig mogelijk maakte. Onze woning was een recent in stijl verbouwde schuur voorzien van alle gemakken. Al had de keuken een wel erg 'authentiek' karakter. De ligging is uniek en biedt uitzicht op de prachtige tuin van jullie landgoed met in de verte Lac Leman. Ook de ligging is super praktisch: in 5 minuten loop je naar de boulevard en in 15 minuten loop je naar het station: met elke 15 minuten een trein naar Genève of Lausanne. Renata, we hebben bijna onzwiters genoten, fijn dat je dit paradijsje met ons wilde delen en we komen graag nog eens bij je terug. Henk en Corianne

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

Unser Highlight war die Aussicht von der Terrasse. Wir haben es genossen, am Abend noch lange dort zu sitzen und auf den See und die Lichter zu schauen. Auch sonst war alles top und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Als Startpunkt für eine Biketour war der Ort auch sehr praktisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Nous avons un excellent séjour dans le logement de Julie qui nous réservé un excellent accueil. L’endroit est décoré avec goût. L’appartement est très fonctionnel. Les restaurants et activités sont à proximité, Le lac juste à côté !!! Evian est une ville très agréable à 2 pas de la suisse. Tout était parfait ! Nous recommandons !

Séjour inoubliable entre amis dans un logement hors du temps, avec des prestations de très haute qualité, tout est décoré avec goût et Nathalie est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Tout était impeccable. Si vous passez vers Perrignier, n'hésitez pas à vous y arrêter, vous ne serez pas déçus.

This place was beautiful and nestled amongst a wonderful farm! We loved the Alpacas, Goats, and Cows and were particularly overjoyed at the fresh eggs to buy from the farm as well as wine! The room is spacious and clean with all the listed amenities. The view of the Lake was wonderful! The bed was big and comfortable. The parking was also easy and on site. The only watchouts to note are that it is a farm so little bugs may find their way into the unit but to no big alarm, it’s the countryside! On hot days, you can open the door and window which have screens on them to let fresh air in.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans l’appartement de Morgane. Il est merveilleusement bien placé pour profiter à pieds d’Yvoire. La vue sur le port est exceptionnel et la terrasse côté château est parfaite pour manger au calme. Conseil stationnement : arrivez avant 9h30 ou après 18h30 pour avoir une place sur le parking des remparts à 3€/jour.

if you are looking to stay in the area this is a perfect and not to be missed apartment so absolutely unique. An amazing apartment, extremely well situated and has all the amenities that makes an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay. Benjamin is such an amazing host and his house is a work of art. This is by far one of the best places I have ever stayed in. We were so lucky to get this opportunity.

The Beatles apartment was exactly as pictured, with so many fun details throughout. Not only was it beautiful, but also everything we could have needed was inside. We were treated to the sound of the river out our window and amazing views all around. Nick was very responsive through both our planning and our entire stay, always helpful and friendly. Ich kann die Wohnung von Jasmin uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Jasmin und Adam waren äußerst freundlich und stets für uns ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick auf die Berge. Auch die Umgebung hat uns begeistert – sie bietet viele schöne Orte und faszinierende Aussichten. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt zu empfehlen. Lediglich die Küche ist etwas klein und für eine große Familie, die selbst kochen möchte, nur bedingt geeignet.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Amaury. La love room est identique au photo. Emplacement idéale avec un parking en face du logement. Jacuzzi spacieux et très agréable. Amaury est réactif, à l’écoute et disponible. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement !

The most gorgeous location, perfect to stay as a solo traveller. Easy access to beautiful local trails and felt very safe and secure in the property.
