Villa vacation rentals in Rojales

Booked a last minute mini break at Villa Margarita - from the start Victoria was helpful with everything- prompt answers to all my questions. Villa Margarita is just beautiful a real gem of a find - exactly as described which was great. The pool area is spotless - sun loungers and seating just perfect - the pool is amazing too. The villa is spacious - lovely and clean throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped- has absolutely everything you need - great space in fridge/ freezer. Air con in all the rooms which was necessary as it is lovely and warm in Spain at the minute. All towels provided which were all fab - nice big beach towel as well. Just a short walk away are plenty of bars and restaurants- great choice and all very reasonable. Everything is explained very clearly in the villa guide so I didn't have to ask any further questions. Sue meets you on arrival with the keys and gate fob - she's available if you need anything which is fab. Will definitely return Thankyou

We were blown away by the location, cleanliness and amenities. Great check in, quality beds and furniture plus access to full laundry provision. The pool and outdoor kitchen were the icing on the cake. Wonderful for a large or extended family to create memories

Great stay! The villa is really beautiful and the roof terrace is a real added value. All bedroom are spacious and the house is full of communal spaces to hang out both inside and outside. The pool is a plus and the villa really makes the stay memorable!

Beautiful place to stay, great host. Little extras were a bonus. Lovely outdoor space. Better than the pictures especially the pool. Highly recommend to others. Stunning space, loads of places to seat around the property. Pool was lush.

This villa was perfect. it's alot bigger than you think from the pictures. We had grandparents and children with us and never felt on top of each other. Villa was super clean and had everything you could need, including some games and floats. outside pool area was perfect, pool a little cold but kids still loved it. surrounding area is quiet so you need a car if your not super mobile. it is a very English resort with alot of ex pats that have retired. nearest bar/restaurants are 10/15mins walk but it is a hilly resort. would we return? in a heartbeat to the villa. thank you so much for a fab stay.

Well Sandra where will I start ...(can I get extra punctuation marks? haha). What a topper you! Already in Dec 2023 I felt like I was welcome and so we ended up in your beautiful place in Aug 2024. You really managed to make us feel like we were allowed to be there at so many thousands of km. Your message the next day how we were doing was really so thoughtful. Cost nothing but brought such a sweet thoughtful gesture. You've made the most of your efforts to show us around Spain. Furthermore, your private pool is really private. You are the only one you couldn't look in from the outside and in my case this was really top top!!! Your house is hygienic and that gave us extra peace for our son who needs that extra. In short, even a bounce ball as I could relax.. even fell asleep in the pool on a swimming pool haha. Most of the time I am even awake when I sleep. At night it is mouse quiet. Kids have enjoyed Sandra's cottage!!! Thank you is GREAT!!!

We had a great time as a group of friends at the place. The pictures are accurate and we had a blast playing tennis, ping pong, and swimming in the pool. Fini was very responsive in case of questions. The location is a bit far from grocery stores (10-15 minutes walk) which can be difficult without a car in hot days. Highly recommended to rent cars (it's not expensive) as Uber or taxi is difficult to find. Car rental was cheaper than paying one way Uber from airport for us. A suggestion for the host: there were two rooms with bunk beds and 4 rooms with queen beds. It would be much more pleasant to have two single beds or queen beds instead of the bunk beds. Especially for the group of friends that are multiple couples.

The villa is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need, there are lots of lovely social areas, so with 7 adults and 4 children it still felt very spacious. The beach is a very short walk down a quiet road and there is a great restaurant with beautiful views. There are plenty of eating options around and a supermarket nearby (a very useful wheely trolley is provided in the house!). Leif and Sylwie, were really helpful and great at communicating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

This was a great villa about 10-15min drive from Elche. The address is different to that found on google maps but this is well explained and easy to find with the alternative explanation/pin provided with check-in instructions. It was spacious, clean, great garden/outdoor areas and pool as pictured. Maximum of 10 is correct at a squeeze if happy to share double beds. Taxi/Uber was difficult to get to the location from Elche, but easy access if driving. Limited surroundings, in what appears to be a newer area of development. We found a great local restaurant walking distance, but needed the car to bring groceries in from the town. Our group were very happy and would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and Pavo was a wonderful host. He contacted me in the week before we arrived to check our flight times and answer any questions. He was very flexible with our check-in time and met us at the villa to give us a tour. The villa is even better than the photos and description. So peaceful, very clean, and had everything we needed. We requested that the pool be heated and it was a lovely temperature which meant the children spent a lot of time in it. I would really recommend this villa. Thank you Pavo and team!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The location is fantastic – both convenient and peaceful – with absolutely stunning views from morning to night. The swimming pool was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The house has a lovely old-style charm. It’s simple but very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner was absolutely lovely – super nice, helpful, and very easy to reach whenever we had a question. It made our stay even more pleasant. . We truly enjoyed our time here !

Lovely stay ay Saloua's well equipped and well loctaed villa. It had everything we needed for our multi generational stay, the pool and outdoor space was particularly fantastic and very well used! Saloua was a great host, very contactable and helpful before and during our stay.

The house looks better than in the photos. Spacious and clean spaces. The ability to either completely open the room (almost all glass fences are fully sliding) or super private (there are blinds on all windows). A clean outdoor pool that is automatically cleaned several times a day. Open roof, which allows you to sunbathe the whole day. A supermarket with groceries and a family restaurant are within a walking distance.

Very nice and functional villa, large private pool with several relaxation areas and meals, nice garden in a quiet area close to golf. Well air-conditioned villa appreciated especially in these high temperatures. Very responsive host. I would definitely recommend this rental.

We spent 2 wonderful hot & sunny weeks here. Our son loved the play area and the 2 (!) swimming pools, we could hardly get him out of the house sometimes:-) There's a lot of entertainment around the house, we loved playing pool. The villa is big and clean, we especially loved the outside kitchen, I mean how great is that?! We were hardly ever inside. We've rented a lot of houses over the past 15 years, but we've never had such a fully equipped kitchen, literally everything you need is there and important, there's enough of it. Also highly appreciated the Nespresso machine! Nigel and Gus are the nicest hosts, we had a warm welcome with a lovely welcome basket and they know everything about the area and where and how to go. There are some nice things to do around this area, we went to 2 waterparks, a safari park and we loved the beach, especially La Marina. Thank you guys so much for welcoming us in to your lovely house! We would definitely like to come back again!

This house is as grand as the pictures, yes some things are dated but still functional. The power was fine throughout our stay. Local shops and restaurants are walkable but you will likely need a car. Overall great house and location. If you want a brand new property you will end up staying on a golf course. For sightseeing Mercia region with a great home base, this is one of the best.

We can’t thank Bogdan enough! From start to finish, the communication has been amazing! He was responsive and helpful and willing to go above and beyond! The villa is brilliant, absolutely perfect for families, we went as 2 families of 4, all 8 of us were impressed! The kids absolutely loved the garden and also loved the many kids toys inside the villa. Everything we needed was there on arrival, even down to the little things that people usually forget such as pool floaties, tin foil and bin liners, plates for the kids, cooking oil and seasonings! So many handy little things that definitely came in useful! Really recommend Butterfly Villa to all, and a massive THANK YOU again for all Bogdan done! Amazing stay!

We would book the house again and again! Great pool and terrace, plenty of seating and lounging furniture available. Large and functional kitchen, modern bathroom, the living room functionally modern without frills. Wifi and TV work flawlessly. The bedrooms are sufficiently large and the beds comfortable. Air conditioners and ceiling fans are installed everywhere. The location is quiet and you need a car that you can park on the quiet street. We came by car and communicated the estimated arrival via text and email to the local contact on site after departure. And here is our only point of criticism, neither by email nor SMS, our arrival time was confirmed. We were a little faster and called 30 minutes before arrival. The contact on site immediately accepted un polite but distanced the information that we will arrive earlier. Upon arrival, the cleaning lady came and let us in. Super nice and a highlight despite the language barrier.

We had a great 15 days. Very nice, bright, quiet, well-equipped, spacious house . Patrick is a very nice host, excellent communication. Small mention to Edwin the man who takes care of the pool, very pleasant, very attentive, always smiling. We will go back with great pleasure. Thank you for a great stay.
