Very nice flat for two !

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

A great location for everything. Only a few minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants, bars, also the bus and tram stations. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for families. We loved the proximity to local amenities and beaches The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the apartment's amenities, such as the pool kept our kids entertained for hours. The hosts were responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family holiday in Villamartin. The apartment is nice for your stay in Alicante: everything was within walking distance (supermarket, beach and shops). The apartment is very well-equipped with the necessary equipment. The balcony is very nice to enjoy the beautiful view. The hosts, Sandiago and Marta, are very friendly and responsive! I recommend it.

We as a small family regularly travel, especially in Spain. Out of all the apartments we have rented this stands out as the best. The host Sonia was excellent, very friendly, outgoing and her communication skills were fantastic. The property is in a great location and looks exactly like the photos. 5 stars from us. Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

We were delighted to be hosted by Bettina and Wolfgang. Their home was very well kept, well equipped and as the photographs show. We needed a bolthole for the week for my husband to play golf and for me to unwind. The home met both our needs. The setting was not quite right for us personally, but that is not a reflection on the property itself. The area is very built up and so if you are looking for something with a little more privacy and a view then you may wish to consider other locations. This is the only slight negative we found. For others this will be the perfect location! Good amenities are available locally with an excellent Aldi 1 mile away. Communication was excellent throughout.

The villa was spacious and even more beautiful than in the pictures. The outdoor area was excellent, and everything worked perfectly. Hilde responded quickly and flexibly to all our questions, and everything went smoothly. We will definitely come back!

Villa Kip is really well situated, close to nature and walks along the (dry) riverbed, but also within walking distance of several restaurants, and shops a few minute's drive away. With the beach 20 minutes away and the pool and hot tub to hand, we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Great place to stay and outstanding communication.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Loved Christian’s Flat! It felt like a home from home! We stayed for 2 nights and was exactly what we were after! A stones throw away from the beach, spotless flat, local to restaurants and even used the BBQ for dinner one night! Christian was a great host, nothing seemed to big! He gave us restaurant recommendations and let us check out a little later which was very kind! Would stay again if we’re back in Torrevieja.

We have been to the area before and loved the beaches and general area. The apartment is located in a secure gated development, which is established with mainly Spanish residence, which was lovely. Pool is lovely, apartment is very nice, super clean, well equipped, feels safe and cosy. Loved our stay and Pao was an excellent host. Roof top terrace is great with sun beds and hammock. Local supermarmarket

Fantastic stay! Everything you would ever need. Lots of toys for the kids for the pool even for the house. The house was immaculate and so beautiful. The host only took five minutes to reply even instantly 🤍🤍🤍We loved every minute of it and hopefully be back!

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀
