Villa with all modern comforts, tastefully decorated, with heated pool in mid-season, not accessible in winter, wooded garden, fully equipped kitchen. 30 minutes from Grenoble and 15 minutes from Lake Monteynard, Himalayan walkways, 15 minutes from Gresse-en-Vercors station. Fully south-facing in Trièves, we built this adjoining extension for our parents when they need it. In the meantime, we rent it out and we also support artists in residence.
