Our apartment is centrally located to the cities of Ansbach and Nuremberg as well as the Franconian Lake District. It is the ideal starting point for your athletic and/or relaxing family vacation (e.g. PLAYMOBIL Funpark, pony riding, alpaca trekking tours, PALM BEACH adventure pool, Golf Range Nuremberg + tennis in one of the most modern halls in Bavaria). Also weekend home drivers and business travelers, e.g. example, for the Nuremberg trade fairs, can relax with us after a hard day's work.

Wenn Sie mit dem PKW anreisen, steht Ihnen ein eigener XXL-Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeberin wohnt im gleichen Haus und stellt ihre inserierte Wohnung sehr gern zur Verfügung. The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Just a stone's throw away is the beautiful historic city center of Schwabach with many cafes, restaurants and shops. A cinema is only about 300 meters away.

The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well-equipped apartment is located in a building, that is separated from the main house. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirt of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / subway) you can get to the main railway station in 25 minutes without any stress. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The easiest way to reach the Nuremberg exhibition center is by car in only 20 minutes.
