Trodla-Tysdal has been a tourist destination for hikers since 1892. Tourists have to walk for appox. 3 hours (7 km) from Kleivaland parking place. There is no driving road to Trodla-Tysdal. Trodla-Tysdal means the valley of the Norwegian Trolls due the wilderness and dramatic nature. In 1996 Reidunn and Kjell built a tourist cabin for hikers. In 1998 in addition a small private cabin. In 2017 this small cabin was renewed and now it is possible to book this small cabin for you.

In 2012 the house was completely renovated with modern kitchen/dining area. In the backyard there are now storage rooms and two great sunbathing areas. The location is very central. The neighborhood is authentic and peaceful. There is a fireplace in the kitchen/dining room. No partying and no worries.

Here, you can rent the entire holiday home, with ample parking right outside the door. With the holiday home comes the free use of a fishing boat. The boat is located at a boat dock approximately 100 meters from the house.
