Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. The keyless entry opens directly into your studio. There is no "sharing" of space. It has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee/sugar/cream, dishes, sink and complimentary wine. Situated very near the river, it's within a short walk of downtown restaurants, shops and music venues. It is a very comfortable and private space.

My place is close to Okissa Lake, Clearsprings Recreational area, city of Natchez, and the Natchez Trace.. it is only 2 1/2 hours from New Orleans, or less than 2 hours from Baton Rouge. You’ll love our place because the property is located in the middle of the Homochitto National Forest. It is secluded and quiet. No plane, train, or automobile noise.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
