This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Ideal for a couple, possibility of 2 extra beds on the ground floor. Approximately 50 m2 of living space + Patio and roof terrace. One shower room + 2 powder rooms. Living area and bedroom with reversible air conditioning. The living room and kitchen open onto the patio. A shelter contains the washing machine and storage. Charcoal barbecue and Plancha available.

Newly renovated, views! comfort!

Chez Alice is the topmost house in the beautiful village of Caramany. Since 2020 it has gone through extensive renovations, and it is opening for holidaymakers from late spring of 2024. The top floor has a breathtaking terrace that looks over the village all the way to the lake. An open plan living room and kitchen is beautifully furnished and light filled. The three bedrooms have top quality mattresses. The bathrooms are new. Other features are the vine covered terrace and the secret garden.

Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter, there is a wood-burning stove. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

El Refugio del Sol is a cozy stone and wood chalet, with a recently completed high-quality comprehensive renovation, unique in the Pyrenees for being in the middle of the mountain, within the La Molina domain. With a fireplace, spectacular mountain views, 1,200 m² of private garden, and parking within the property itself, it represents an exclusive and unforgettable experience in spring and summer, both for the more active (mountain biking or hiking) and for those looking to relax.

The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar. Everyone involved in this project put a lot of love in it, which I hope you’ll be able to feel when staying here.
