In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. You have a small cottage in the old town of Sonneberg. Ideal for hiking. Free parking on the street. Bus stop and shopping nearby. The small bathroom was modernized in January 2026. Washing machine is available. There is a bedroom with 2 beds. A large double bed and one single bed. A snoring room, also often used as a teen room, can be set up on request. The room has a single bed.

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms.
