Here you will find not only a charming accommodation, but also the perfect starting point for hiking, biking or simply relaxing days in nature. In addition to its historic old town, Scheßlitz also offers you all the necessities of daily life. In a few minutes you can reach Bamberg, a UNESCO World Heritage City with a unique flair. The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

You have a small cottage in the old town of Sonneberg. Ideal for hiking. Free parking on the street. Bus stop and shopping nearby. The small bathroom was modernized in January 2026. Washing machine is available. There is a bedroom with 2 beds. A large double bed and one single bed. A snoring room, also often used as a teen room, can be set up on request. The room has a single bed.

Bundorf Castle Mill

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.
