The house has fiber optic internet, TV, and all necessary dishes and appliances to have a comfortable holiday.

Close to forest and lake, walking distance to shopping and 3 km from the city center with cafes, shops and restaurants. The home is also suitable for families with children with small children, as the pool is fenced. The house contains large kitchen-living room with living room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms (one is a children's room with the possibility to set up an extra double bed).

Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

The 1. floor consist of one master bedroom, two other bedrooms and a living room. Toilet with bath and access to a big balcony. There is access to pool area 100 meters away on the nearby camping spot, play grounds, animals and the house is located only 700 meters from the water.

Four bedrooms (including three double beds and two single beds), a bathroom with shower and laundry/dryer and a guest toilet. 10 minutes by bike to the nearby beaches (both Skanör harbor and Falsterbobryggan). 500 m to the Ica store and Skanör center through the city park and just as far to the Falsterbo Horseshow area.
