We have remodeled two single-story historic homes into several patio rooms with thick adobe walls, hand-hewn vigas, custom Talavera tiles and saltillo tiled floors. Most rooms have gated private patios however, 15, 16 and 17 share a larger outdoor courtyard. We cannot guarantee a specific room or layout for Airbnb guests. Our patio rooms are available with King, Queen or 2 Queen-sized beds, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee, + guest robes. Each room is unique + all are fantastic!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The top floor is yours in the penthouse of Sweet Haven Nelscott Manor! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen. Host up to 4 with panoramic views of the Pacific coastline, private master suite with 2-person luxury jetted tub, and outdoor hot tub. Pour yourself a glass, and sink into the hot tub to watch the whales breach under the sunset. To ensure the serene atmosphere our adult guests expect, we welcome individuals 18 years older. Four sets of stairs are required to access the penthouse.

The Cottage is our most popular room featuring a fully equipped kitchen. The room features a small living area with a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the summer. A gated patio is available for this dog-friendly room. We do require a $35 cleaning fee per visit when you bring your fur baby. Miller Tree Inn/Cullen House

This listing is for our Peterson Perch room on the third floor, only accessible by stairs, which has a *strict* capacity of 2 people. Children under 10 are not allowed to stay in this room due to it being in the main house. Our Orchard Suite allows children under the age of 10. Guests 18 & under must be accompanied by an adult. No pets! Please be kind to our staff & respect our quiet hours! Smoking is only allowed 25 feet away from the building.

Shared downstairs includes conversation area and dining tables. Come enjoy our cool nights, dark skies and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel used to have a steakhouse that is now closed. Guest can use the kitchen to prepare meals and the dining room to dine and visit.
