Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rockland County

Great house with everything we needed for a month. We really loved the sauna and the spacious backyard. We enjoyed our stay and Chelsea was communicative and responsive. We would book again in the future.

My husband and really enjoyed our impromptu weekend getaway at the last minute. Heidi was able to accommodate us the same day and was very quick to respond and help us get setup. The location is beautiful and really special. We’ll definitely be back!

Great stay in general especially with friends or family. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking needs and the place was very clean. I loved the family and living space perfect to enjoy w a group of people. Things to keep in mind; the en suite seems like an awkward diy job with shotty work including the shower drain, doors, and makeshift closet and one of the “bedrooms” is a nook attached to a bedroom with two twin beds in it. I only had a few minor things tha needed touching up but that did not effect the stay overall. Things that needed attention including; the curtains in the master don’t fully cover the front glass door, the master bedroom knob was broken from the outside so you could lock yourself out, and the outdoor furniture was not clean or set up to use. I’m sure they fix up the outdoor furniture later but I was only aware that the pool was closed for the season not the fire pit. Good space. Great view. Nice to have the front desk for any help. It’s the house at the end of the hotel lot, but feels separate which is nice. Deck could be loud with cars/trains but not really a problem for us. I’d recommend for any group. Plenty of bathrooms and the couches do pullout into beds.

Joseph place was nice and very spacious. I recommend to anyone.

Arran place was amazing, and it was very accommodating. Very close to the train station which was nice for us.

We loved our stay! Kevin and Rachel were very responsive and understanding. The house and the surrounding forest are beautiful. It was the perfect space for our cozy friend reunion. The overall location was also good. Main Street and Nyack Beach State Park were a short drive away, and we found a good grocery store nearby as well.

Beautiful location and a beautiful spacious apartment decorated very cozily with a creative and homey feel. Well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and bedding needs. Joan and Jim where a delight to deal with, with clear communication and a genuine appreciation and concern for our needs and satisfaction. coming from an extremely rural and isolated home life I found the industry along the river and area to be of minimal noise and distraction from the natural beauty of the area but suspect most people would barely notice it. The place even came equipped with binoculars witch I used regularly to bird watch into the woodland whilst sitting on the back deck. There are alot of stairs to deal with but it is completely worth the decent/climb to the beautiful locations they serve and the hot tub was always ready for us to use! All-in-all it was an immensely pleasurable stay and I would recommend this home to anyone that likes nature on your doorstep and shops/amenities close at hand.

Wonderful location, very amenable host, and easy parking. So happy to have a few nights in quaint Nyack. Walkable, found a nice Irish pub nearby. Quiet location. Very clean. The hosts are genuinely the best I have had. Well done.

It’s a lovely place to stay — charming, lots of space, and well-located. The kitchen and bathroom are nicely appointed. The beds were comfortable. Suzy was very thoughtful and a great communicator. Only two minor quibbles: the pillows were a bit flat for our taste, and the WiFi was a bit wonky at times. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Piermont with our dog. We loved the walking trails and dog-friendly restaurants nearby. Rachel was right next door and was quick to respond when we needed something.

Brittanie you get 5 Stars. My wife and I felt very comfortable. The place was immaculate. Parking was easy. Of course it did snow a couple of times but driveway was cleared right away, thanks to your husband. I did see the chickens and met the goats. They followed me to the back door. I gave them some carrots. Brittanie thank you for a wonderful visit. We will definitely be back.

As others have noted, the apartment is small but more than adequate for a one or two person stay. Surprisingly many nooks and spaces for a small apartment, and it offers a very comfortable place to stay during a visit. The village is charming and offers ample dining. I would recommend the Bunnery for morning coffee, a muffin, and perhaps a book, and the Piermont Creamery for an excellent ice cream cone to enjoy while looking out over the Hudson.

I had to come to the Piermont area for work and decided to use airbnb instead of a hotel. What a blessing to have found Eileen and Tom’s space. It was a peaceful oasis. I loved coming back from a long day at work to sit outside relaxing in their amazing back garden. The space is cozy and in a fantastic location! Me and my coworker walked down to Piermont to eat at many of the restaurants Tom had recommended and every morning had coffee and muffins from Bunbury coffee- YUM! My favorite part was feeling safe and at home like a “home away from home”. I LOVED sleeping with the windows open and listening to the crickets at night. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The hosts are so amazing and answered all our questions. I loved the little things like an electric kettle with French press coffee provided, USB adapter and surge protectors by all the bedsides. I miss the place already and want to book it again.

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Thank you Anthony for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home

Great Airbnb! Great Host! Perfect for visiting West Point

This is a good place if you want to visit NY as the connectivity is good. The host gave us a clean apartment with all the mentioned amenities. The host was quite friendly and ensured that we are comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect for our children and the place was cozy and matched the pictures listed. Beware of parking we did get our car towed from inadvertently blocking a nearby driveway. Also there is a day care below but it was closed on the weekend so no noise concerns or anything. Would certainly stay here again if we were in the area. Georgia was very responsive and answered all our questions.

Beautiful place, functional. clear and efficiently laid out. Easy to access with Subway and buses, many shop and restaurants within a short walking distance. Ann was very responsive and helpful before, and during the stay. Only challenge was to find a nearby parking stop when arriving late at night but this is to be expected in NYC.

Stayed at this space for a combo trip of business and pleasure. It was SO well suited for both! The back patio is literally incredible and was so appreciated. The warm welcome and small but very appreciated personal touches for guests were so thoughtful, and the place itself was stunning (high ceilings, cozy blankets, the BEST pillows I've experienced at an airbnb) and the hosts themselves were incredible responsive. The location is ideal and super close to LGA, and within walking distance of fab restaurants, bodegas, and coffee shops.

Such a great space and place for a colleague and me on a short one night trip. With a cool fish tank too! Great amenities and very clean. Shy of arrival a garage spot opened and Dave was very helpful in providing that option for a small fee. Easier knowing you have a safe, covered and gated parking spot too! Although the area seemed really safe anyways. Great hospitality.
