A great condo in Massanutten. Access was easy and clear. The decks are a great place to relax.

The cabin was perfect for staying with our two kids. The playrooms and well stocked kitchen and rooms made it easy to keep them entertained and relax in the mountains. Thank you for your hospitality!

Only suggestions they need another frying Pan and Maybe a few other pans for Kitchen. Place was Super nice! Definitely would recommend

Our hosts were very responsive in addressing our queries and requests. We had a minor plumbing issue, but it was resolved within an hour. The location of the property is excellent, and the house was very roomy and clean. I would strongly recommend the property to everyone who wants a convenient yet quiet location with beautiful views from the deck.

Beautiful property! The decor was top notch and the kitchen was fully stocked. We had a small concern and Lea handled it very professionally. Overall Lea was very kind and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home over Memorial Day Weekend in late May. The house looks exactly like the photos — surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful nature, it was the perfect escape. Everything was super comfortable and well-equipped: the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the beds were cozy, and the amenities were fantastic. We especially appreciated the hot tub and sauna — such a great touch that made our trip feel extra relaxing. The location is also great: we visited a few local wineries and explored the nearby town of Harrisonburg. There’s a supermarket just 15 minutes away, which was very convenient. Wi-Fi is available, but honestly, we barely used it — we were too busy enjoying nature and unplugging from everyday life. There’s also a lovely fire pit area, which we didn’t get a chance to use this time, but it looked great for future guests. Thank you so much for hosting us — we had a wonderful time and would absolutely come back!

Wow, this is a great house and a perfect location. Right on the river where we fished, kayaked, waded (a little cold for swimming) and generally hung out on the riverbank and played nonstop for 2 days with a bunch of little kids. And then just 15 mins or less from groceries in Luray and 30-45 mins up to the 211 entrance into Shenandoah for hiking. The house was terrific and this kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all our meals. Not those crappy secondhand thrift store pots and pans that are missing lids or covered in gunk you find in a lot of places, always missing that one thing you need to make your meal. Plus little things like collanders and cheese graters. The beds were terrific and the beautiful wall of windows was the perfect compliment to the big room (plus toy room upstairs) where we spent most of our indoor time. We'd come back here in a heartbeat and would hope to find our way here this summer when we can do more swimming. Thanks!!

My wife and I had an amazing time. The home was beautiful and centrally located near a variety of activities (hikes, golf, water park, MTB). We are very pleased with the cleanliness of the home, and the seclusion of the area. Thank you Jeff and Sarah! We will definitely stay at this location again when traveling to Massanutten.

Great accommodations for group trips. There are a number of in home activities; games, karaoke, hot tub, etc readily available. Proximity to Massanutten slopes was the selling point for our group of beginner skiers NOT interested in ski in/ski out options.

Where do I begin? This is the home everyone dreams to have. From check-in to check-out, it was such a smooth process. Steve’s attention to detail is unmatched. Everything in the home was placed so intentionally. It truly set the standard for an Airbnb. I had a total of 10 in my group and one of the days out of our stay we had some friends come spend the day with us which totaled 15. I was nervous about it being cramped but we were perfectly fine. The pictures are exactly as is if not better. The space is huge and comfortable. I wasn’t going to mention this at first but I think it still goes to show how great the house is. Due to high winds in the mountains, the power went out. The house has a generator! We didn’t have to worry about anything and after some time the power finally came back on. You really wouldn’t have noticed it. Our final day was bittersweet. Everyone was so sad to leave. We left the space with a spirit of peace and belonging. Don’t question whether booking with Steve

This house exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared and thoughtfully arranged. The home was so well-equipped, it felt like all we had to do was show up and relax. There were clean sheets and towels (including beach towels for the lake), plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, a great selection of tea and coffee, and everything else we needed. The house is spacious and comfortable, with lots of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The basement was a huge hit with both kids and adults—loaded with board games, air hockey, etc. There’s also a full laundry room and lots of outdoor space, including a screened-in porch that let us enjoy the fresh air without worrying about mosquitoes.The location is great, close to the resort, lake (with private beach, kayaks rentals, etc), restaurants, bars, and a farmer’s market.
