Delia & her family were awesome hosts. The guest house was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and all amenities were exactly as described and pictured. The pool and hot tub were pristine and surrounded by a picture perfect natural setting. It was definitely a relaxing place to stay. We highly recommend it!

Fran was a wonderful hostess! She was very flexible and accommodating as our original plans changed and we ended up bringing our kids with us as well. She greeted us when we arrived later at night and graciously allowed us to stay in a larger cottage to accommodate my kids which we are forever grateful for! 🤍 the views are breathtaking - what a serene and peaceful spot! We enjoyed every minute we spent in the cottage as well as exploring the town. We would stay here anytime!

The perfect spot for my husband and I and our 3 pups! There were more units but it was still preseason so we basically had the place to ourselves outside of the prep work that was happening to get ready for the summer season. The space was quiet, peaceful, and very comfortable… anything we wanted to do was only about a 10 minute drive away. We cooked a lot of meals in the kitchen and also enjoyed an evening sitting around the fireplace in the outdoor space. I can’t think of a single thing that we were missing! Would 100% stay here again!!

My family & I had an amazing stay at Karen's cottage! Karen is a wonderful host to work with, very pleasant and easygoing. The cottage is stocked with everything you need. The beach and boardwalk are in walking distance and the neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. My family looks forward to staying a Karen's cottage again and again!

Great location when youre looking to visit Laconia, Guilford and the Hamptons! very relaxing, comfortable spot - will definitely stay again

Christine was a great and responsive host! She was friendly and willing to help if needed. We highly recommend staying at her place, which is great for a couple. This will be our first choice next time we are into the area!!

We stayed at the Carriage House for three months and we told ourselves many times how lucky we were to have found it! The property looked exactly like the listing and the host(s) were always responsive to our requests and needs. It is a recently renovated, very comfortable, very well kept two bedroom apartment, bright and airy with all of the amenities and supplies one could require. Although right on the main town byway, the apartment feels very private. It is easy to find, easy to access, and feels very secure. Kudos to Evelyn for being a great host and for providing such a nice place!

We visited our son at UNH, which was an easy, 23 minute drive from the Airbnb. The yard and area is incredibly peaceful and the accommodations couldn’t be nicer. She even left the fridge stocked with some drinks and candy in a bowl on the coffee table. The bed is very comfortable and has nice sheets, pillows and comforter. Those little touches made all the difference. There is ample space to move around and good lighting. If you have a lot of trouble getting around (like someone who is elderly or has mobility issues), this place might be tricky simply because you have to go up a flight of stairs and stepping up into the clawfoot tub would be hard for some. But for the large majority of people visiting, this airbnb is the perfect choice to make you feel at home!

The Sues were great hosts. It was a nice, quiet place in a great area! Forewarning, the heater there works very well. The bedroom gets very hot with the door shut. This definitely isn’t a downside since there is also A/C, I am sure this is perfect in the cold winter months, just something to be aware of. Would stay at again if visiting south east Maine/New Hampshire!

Katie & Ian’s place was a nice peaceful place to stay while we were away from home. They were very accommodating and surpassed our expectations as hosts. My husband appreciated Ian greeting us and shaking his hand when we arrived. Katie was super friendly and kind. She checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond when we contacted her. The AC units worked amazingly and the bed was very comfortable. Their place was also pet friendly which was a huge plus. We look forward to staying there again!

Everything was just as presented. Very comfortable and private. Convenient to Dover and Portsmouth. We really liked the meats and veggies at the nearby Tendercrop Farm.

What a gem!!! Crow's Nest was peaceful and relaxing in a gorgeous setting. We did not use our rental car except for once, we walked everywhere! From the charming Perkins Cove, to the Marginal Way, to Small Beach, to downtown, to wonderful restaurants, everything was accessible via walking, which we loved. This was especially important, because parking in Ogunquit is somewhat limited and a bit costly. Tessa and her family could not have been more wonderful, extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment was charming, appointed perfectly, and the AC worked great (we were there on a couple of VERY hot days). Even though we did not cook, we noticed that the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. We especially loved the beautiful sunrises through the trees at the kitchen window. We had a wonderful time--we can't wait to return!!

Natalie was such a terrific host the the Guest House exceeded our expectations! The house, although a very good size, really had a cozy home-like feel and we were immediately comfortable. Extra linens and towels were available, as well as a well-equipped kitchen. The place was private and quiet, and located in a scenic neighborhood. Natalie was responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Quinn’s place is a little slice of heaven and was perfect for a week getaway with my wife. Easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. You can not beat the water views from the Adirondack chairs, and the neighborhood is incredibly charming. Our stay could not have been better, and Quinn was very prompt in responding to our questions. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Nicole’s airbnb was one of the most perfect airbnbs I’ve had the pleasure of staying in, and I’ve stayed in over 60 airbnbs. Every little thing you think you could need for a stay was provided. I truly appreciated how much thought went into preparing this space for travelers. The heated tile floor, the electronic blinds, the turn table w/ Sonos speaker, frame tv, sound machine, bed linens and towels; everything was sleek and high end. Also just so aesthetically pleasing. I also really appreciated the fresh flowers left for our arrival. It’s the small things that really make a difference. The location was also very walkable without being in the center of the noise and bustle of downtown. Don’t hesitate to stay here if you’re visiting Portsmouth.

Simple with everything and I do mean everything I needed for a comfortable, cozy stay for me and my dog
