Very comfortable & relaxing! Even though it rained while we were there, the house was so nice we didn’t mind being stuck inside.

We thought the home was classy and the family photos made the house feel homey. The kitchen is stocked with all needed appliances, dishes and silverware. The bathrooms were spotless and soaps and shampoos were very high end. There were games and puzzles if we needed down time and when we went out coming back was like coming home. It truly. is A little slice of heaven. This is a country setting so expect to drive to shops, grocery stores and restaurants, breweries and wineries. In our opinion this is a plus as we wanted to get away and relax. We hope to return again in the future. Bill and Chris Fahy

Bev was an amazing host who helped out when needed. She was texting me before, during, and after our stay at her place in Hampton Beach. She provided us with toiletries, utensils and pans for cooking, blankets, and even beach towels. This has been the best experience I have ever had at an Airbnb and it was such a good experience me and my friends are already looking forward to booking a stay at her place again!

Lou was great. Answered questions quickly as we were about to head in. The place was perfect for what we needed. Went to UNH graduation for daughter. Place is close to everything. Easy walk to cafes, etc in New Castle. 10 minutes to UNH. Close to Dover, Exeter, and Portsmouth. While it is right next to the railroad track, very limited trains passed over 4 days. Inside, the space is great. We’ll setup kitchen, plenty of linens, etc. While the exact location is not super scenic, it is located very well, and if you mostly intend to be out in the greater coastal NH region, this location is excellent.

This was our second stay and we're already looking into booking our third. It's our home away from home. The balcony view is gorgeous, the walk down to the heart of the boardwalk is so easy and the drinks aren't bad either. Definitely take a drive up the coast, go antiqueing, and discover not just hampton beach but the surrounding towns. We can't wait to come back, thank you for hosting us!!!

Instructions for check in and out were clear. The view of the sunrise and sunset were beautiful. I loved that the kitchen had everything that you could need! When I'm in the area again I will definitely be returning here and maybe stay more than just one day

It was a wonderful spot for beach access. The owners were thoughtful and provided all the necessary beach toys and equipment, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. I especially loved the beautiful morning sunrises—definitely worth waking up early for! While the noise from the nearby road was noticeable at times, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. It’s a great place for anyone looking to be close to the beach. Overall, I had a good time and truly appreciate the hospitality!

Can't say enough positive things about my stay: place was perfect, clean, all the amenities I needed for a week in town. I had a small internet issue which Alex got resolved super fast. The location is brilliant - right in the middle of a super walkable downtown with great coffee shops, dining options, bookstore...I could go on. The space was comfortable and quiet (it is right on the main strip through town, so weekday mornings you can hear the trash collectors and delivery trucks, but that is par for the course if you are staying in town anywhere) and it was a delight to walk out the door and be able to wander everywhere. The parking was also super easy - the all day lot is just a short walk and pretty cheap for a full day of parking. I would absolutely recommend for a visit to Newburyport! Thank you for a great stay.

Riptide Retreat was absolutely adorable! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated—exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Booking and check-in were super easy, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. The private porch was such a peaceful spot to unwind, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Just a short walk to the Hampton Beach boardwalk and surrounded by beaches—it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Chris’s place was perfect for our family trip to Dover. The place is spacious allowing our family of five to have the room we needed. Furnishings are nice and up to date with nice touches like comfy blankets and fluffy towels. Easy walk to restaurants, very convenient location on a nice quiet street. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Evan and Rachel’s Airbnb was wonderful. The views into the backyard and golf course were very peaceful with a morning coffee. You wouldn’t even know that the home is on a main road with how private it felt. If we stayed longer we would’ve definitely used the hot tub! This unit was impeccable! It had everything we needed to feel at home. Loved being at the northern end of Hampton Beach away from the hustle and bustle yet SO close to the ocean. I would definitely stay there again if we vacation in Hampton Beach. Thank you, Edmund and Robin, for the warm welcome, wine and chocolates.
