The annex is a large space attached to the main house with its own access and drive for parking. This sparkling clean accommodation is all on the ground floor and offers a large double bedroom with en-suite, open-plan lounge kitchen and dining area with beautiful vaulted ceilings which give a barn like feel. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is also an entrance hall / lobby which is ideal for secure storage for bikes if needed. Sorry but this property is not suitable for infants or children.

One of 3 recently converted stables named after breeds of horses and ponies. Shetland is our cozy holiday cottage yet still provides a king size bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen. The lounge diner is open plan with the kitchen and looks out over the yard. To the front is a courtyard with outside tables and chairs. The bathroom has a large bath with shower over. Underfloor heating throughout. Private parking space. Quiet and peaceful. Front courtyard with hot tub. Disposable BBQs can be used.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.
