Haybarn and Hot Tub, New Forest

A cosy adults only luxurious and private, on our lovely small holding. A beautiful setting with a wonderful view. Perfect for a romantic getaway with unique extras such as a fully loaded outdoor kitchen, private 6 person hot tub and deck, gas log burner, plus full indoor cooking and bathing facilities. The Barn is gas central heated and also has double bi-fold doors so you can bring the outside in and enjoy the countryside in real luxurious comfort. There are lots of special touches too!

The Stables, The New Forest

The Stables is situated in the heart of the New Forest, ideal for cycling, walks, hacking, pubs and relaxing. We are 15mins drive from the beach and 20mins from Brockenhurst station The Stables offers a fabulous location for your stay. The bedroom has a luxurious super king sized bed. There is a cosy sitting room and kitchenette. I am dog and horse friendly, there is a small paddock. Dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £15 per dog per night, 2 max. Cash payment on arrival.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Blashford Manor Farm - The New Forest Cottage

One of 3 recently converted stables all named after breeds of horses. New Forest,, our medium size holiday cottage with large double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath. A large bedroom looks out over the rear paddocks and its own patio, with table, chairs and its own hot tub. Kitchen with open plan lounge diner. TV in both lounge and bedroom. Underfloor heating throughout. The front courtyard has table and chairs and overlooks the yard. Private parking. Very peaceful and quiet.

Cosy accommodation on the Avon Valley Footpath

On the edge of the New Forest, set along the Avon Valley Footpath and across the road from the Avon River, we are ideally located for walking, cycling or bird watching in the beautiful Blashford Lakes. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a short 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a slightly longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm).

The Garden Barn is a fabulous, characterful, self contained barn conversion. With vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, this is a spacious and light filled retreat in a glorious peaceful setting. It's perfect for an idyllic getaway for a couple, or an extra adult or child on the sofabed in the lounge. With walks from the door into the New Forest, birdsong at breakfast, this is nature at its best with access to all the New Forest, Hampshire and Dorset have to offer.

Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!

The Little Berri is situated within the idyllic New Forest National Park. The cabin is self-contained, beautifully finished to a high standard and is complete with an enclosed private garden. Direct access to the forest, guests can enjoy exploring the beauty of the National Park straight from the front gate. There is also quick and easy access to main roads for guests to enjoy the beaches, villages and towns nearby and of course some wonderful country pubs.

New Forest Bothy

The Bothy is in the heart of the picturesque, tranquil village of Harbridge. This gem of a place is on the edge of the New Forest offering miles of fantastic walking, cycling and horse riding. It is set within a pretty garden with windows overlooking garden/fields making a peaceful and romantic setting for anyone. You have a lovely ensuite bedroom with a small kitchen. There are numerous pubs in the area which offer good evening meals.

Castle Hill Guest House

Castle Hill Guest House is a peaceful retreat in the heart of Burley, within the stunning New Forest National Park.
