Excited to offer this space to travelers! We have fun with some color. Queen bed in the first bedroom, XL twin beds in the back bedroom. Great location! Close to stylish, revitalized downtown Rockford with terrific restaurants, night life, shops, and galleries. Upper unit in vintage 4 family with long term tenants below and I live in the other upper. Absolutely no parties. Only registered guests. No smoking inside or outside on the property. Violation results in $500 cleaning fee/poor review

Riverview 1br upper private unit

Great place to stay that’s quiet and comfortable. Right along the Keshwaukee River. Very peaceful. Spacious unit, excellent washer and dryer right there in the unit. Bed was very comfortable. You’re in a rural setting but just a few minutes drive to stores and dining. Convenient to US 20 and I-90.

Barndominium on Spring Creek

Joan’s place is a great place that worked out well while in Rockford for the Ironman Race. Her and her husband introduced themselves upon arrival. Showed us around. Made suggestions for food. Also suggested a place to go for a run and how to get there. She was kind enough to let us check out a little late so my son could shower up after doing the Ironman race. It was centrally located in between a lot of places to eat. The unique renovated barn had more than enough room for two of us. Both my son and myself slept well the two nights we stayed. Would stay here again if in the area. If you want a host that is extremely kind and concerned about your stay. This is also another reason to stay.

This place is a cozy little studio. It is quite compact, so if you're looking for space -- this is not the listing for you. However, it was perfect for me, and I enjoyed my stay here. The hosts were quite responsive, and any minor issues I had were resolved quickly. Just one point of clarification -- the studio is in the back of the building, BUT the apartment in the front shares the same address. So for anybody staying for work or for an extended period of time, please make sure you add BACK DOOR to the address when you order something online or order food delivery, etc. Every once in a while I had to wander out to the front to get my stuff, but the neighborhood is safe and my stuff was always on the front porch/front mail box, so it wasn't a big deal.

Absolutely loved this place I’ve only stayed at beach homes for the most part of my Airbnb experiences but this by far felt like home! Host was very responsive didn’t even have to wait 10mins for a response! I would definitely book again if i come out this way in the future! Very homey!!

I felt instantly comfortable. The home was furnished with new and old features. The bathroom & kitchen were spotless. Quality towels, sheets and more. The beds were so comfortable. I would stay there again.
