The house was fantastic, the gardens are beautiful with lots to do for children and adults. It is in a great location, walking distance to the train station, so great access to London. The house was very spacious with large comfy bedrooms and lots of different areas to socialise. It was perfect for a big group. Toby was super friendly and helpful and very responsive. We had a great stay thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to stay. we was overly surprised as was expecting just a summerhouse but it was a lovely granny anex. area had some great places to eat and Jo was always very quick to respond. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

We have had a lovely stay at the Suite. Very good communication in advance and friendly and helpful people onsite. The Suite is just one large room but the layout means you don't feel like you are sitting in your bedroom when on the sofa. Plenty of space in the kitchen area to prep and cook meals but there are many great places to eat within a few miles if you don't fancy cooking for yourself (The Dog in the village is a real treat). Wingham is a great location for visiting the north eastern corner of Kent including Canterbury, Margate, Broadstairs, Faversham and Dover. All reachable within 30mins drive. Really enjoyed the free parking in several places and especially along the beaches at Walmer and Seasalter. There are a numerous lovely villages all linked by footpaths so you can walk away from the roads and its great to see so many local pubs still operating. Definitely recommend the property and location.

A very pleasant stay. The nearby railway was extremely quiet. When we arrived there was coffee, tea, milk, sugar and even complementary biscuits waiting. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the garden. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay here. Beautiful setting with a secluded terrace perfect for watching the sunset. Super cosy annexe which was well equipped. Thank you very much for all of Aileen’s recommendations - we managed to see a lot over 2/3 days including Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate

Catherine kindly gave us early access to the property to get ready for a wedding. The fresh strawberries, milk and option of buying a bottle of wine were thoughtful touches. It suited our needs very well and would be a great base to explore the local area if we were staying longer.

Fabulous barn conversion with everything we needed. Evi was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Warm and welcoming quaint cottage! Well equipped, spotless and cosy. Garden was a little sun-trap! Chloe was an excellent host, helped us in all aspects of our stay and was happy to help. Was a little hard to find as we didn’t see the road/sign but Chloe directed us well when we called to ask. Would happily recommend and would be more than happy to return. Thanks you Chloe

Stayed before, will stay again. A lovely little apartment within a 10 min walk to the local beach and some lovely views. Apartment spotless, well laid out and has a lovely courtyard to enjoy the sun and cool evenings.

Had a wonderful stay in this clean and modern accommodation. The beds were super comfy and it was nice sitting out in the cute garden in the evening. We ate at JoJo’s in Tankerton and The Lobster Shack in Whitstable which I’d highly recommend.

ho trovato questo alloggio eccezionale sotto tutti i punti di vista, piccolo ma davvero curato in ogni aspetto e molto pulito. la comunicazione con l'host è stata molto buona, ho trovato disponibilità e simpatia. forse l'unico difetto può essere la posizione perché è distante dal centro di Canterbury. io però ho apprezzato la zona di campagna in mezzo alla natura e anche il percorso a piedi per raggiungere il centro è suggestivo. meriterebbe di stare qualche giorno in più per visitare anche i dintorni. Ci ritornerò alla prossima visita a Canterbury.

We had a lovely stay at Caroline’s. The Granary was very comfortable with everything you need. Beds were super comfortable with lovely linen. 2 minutes walk away was The Carpenters Arms pub where we ate a couple of times & the food was delicious. Bus stop was next to the pub which went to Whitstable. The Granary is very convenient for lovely country walks. Would recommend

I stayed here the night before my wedding with my bridesmaids and it was fantastic! The space was lovely and light and the bedroom was the perfect peaceful place to sleep before the big day. Simon was incredibly accommodating with all of our requests and always on hand for any questions - couldn’t recommend more! Thank you so much again

Thanks to Ellen for hosting me. I was on a course for the 2 days but the accommodation was immaculate, very private and with off road parking. I would recommend to others and would use again should I ever be in the area. Thanks again 😁

From the moment we arrived, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The space is beautifully styled — a perfect blend of modern comfort and cozy charm. The Hosts were wonderful and made us feel completely at home, even leaving a few personal touches that made the experience feel extra special. Eve was a lovely host and her cottage was exactly what we needed for our New Year getaway. The fireplace and heaters ensured it was always cozy, and the property was located a stone’s throw from the beaches and train station too. We would 100% come back and stay again. A perfect little studio with the most amazing view. Secluded and private, but also walkable to the local pub and shop. Great running routes nearby and so close to Maidstone if you need anything more. Highly recommended!

Wir sind sehr froh, diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Die Lage war für unsere Anreise mit dem Zug optimal und trotz der Lage an der vielbefahrenen Straße, hört man in der Wohnung nichts davon. Der Schlafbereich hat uns nochmal positiv überrascht - auf den Bildern sieht man gar nicht wie schön groß der Raum ist. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

Superb!! That really sums it up. Clean, comfortable, all amenities new , great view. Hosts went out of their way to provide nibbles and wine and drinks. Didnt feel like a rental felt like a home!! One of the best holiday rents ever

Quiet place in a lovely upscale neighbourhood. Short walk to the beach through local gardens. Easy access to train via bus or 151-20 min walk. Everything in the place is well thought out. Top quality appliances in a small but surprisingly efficient kitchen. TV on the wall can be angled to be viewed from couch or kitchen / dining table. Lighting could be easily selected for bright or relaxed. Good natural light from skylight and window. Highly recommended!

I was working on the Isle of Sheppey and was looking for somewhere to stay rather than a hotel room. Mark's place was great, really easy to reach and everywhere was within a short drive away. It was really quiet and comfortable, a great place to relax after work.

Lovely property, Host was really helpful during our stay. Place was clean and private. Highly recommended!
