Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rochdale

I stayed here with my husband and 2 young children on a visit to Holmfirth to see my best friend. Simon was so helpful and went above and beyond for our stay. He ensured everything was set up for us including an extra bed for the children, fresh bread on the side, and milk in the fridge. Also loved the fresh coffee available. Our kids loved running circles around the the flat and Simon even made a point to say to not worry about the kids running around as his children even loved doing that when they were young. So it was very nice to be in a family friendly place. Even the fresh tulips on the table made us smile. Thank you Simon for a lovely stay!

What an adorable cottage right in the heart of Castleton! An excellent hiking trail right from the door - Mam Tor/Cavedale loop. The cottage was charming and had all the right amenities. The bakery across the street was fantastic! Cafe right next door for coffee/tea! The scenery was breathtaking and the drive up Winnats Pass was memorable! A definite A+ place! Marianne was responsive and very friendly!

Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect—quiet and convenient, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We loved staying at Emma’s in Holmfirth! Location was a ten min walk away from bars restaurants/ pubs / general high street. There were plenty of walks to do which were a 5-10 drive away. The flag was really well equipped with all essentials you’d need. & as a bonus we met the dogs who lived in the house opposite who were very friendly and cute. Would definitely return! From booking to leaving Joanne was extremely helpful. Really clean and comfortable. A real bonus for us was the easy access to many walks and the peaceful setting.

The location was perfect — right in the heart of Manchester — and the interior décor was simply stunning. The apartment was immaculately clean and felt like a true home-from-home. Our host went above and beyond from start to finish, making everything seamless — from the booking process to the warm welcome and local tips. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. We had a wonderful stay in the cottage. Check in was easy and the welcome instructions were very clear and helpful. They also had some lovely local recommendations for walks and places to visit. the cottage was beautiful furnished, clean and cosy. We will happily stay again!

We’ve had a fantastic week at Jim and Jen’s cottage which is in a great location for walking the dog, Jim was a great host and recommended some lovely walks with amazing views, The cottage was cosy and felt like home from home and the welcome pack was lovely too

I’m lost for words with this place! The attention to detail here is incredible. Spotlessly clean. Beds super comfy, showers hot. Food and beer left for us. Just an immaculate property! Great accommodation with your family! Nice place, clean and there’s a sports park nearby so we could have a nice walk in the evening and watch people play football. Olivia is very responsive to when it comes to communication!

What a beautiful stay! The cottage is surrounded by green with beautiful landscape out every window. You can hear the river through the bedroom windows - so relaxing. It’s a gorgeous walk into Hebden Bridge; the other way stunning trails up to Hardcastle Crags and Gibson Mill. The cottage is super well set up for post-walk relaxing, with everything you need in the kitchen, lots of cozy seating in the living room, and am amazing great big bath. Ashley is an incredible host and has thought of everything, so friendly and helped make sure we were getting the most out of our stay and the special events on in Hebden Bridge. To top it all off, a fabulous basket of homemade goodies was waiting for us on arrival. I couldn’t recommend Kindness Cottage more.

My teenage daughters and I stayed at James’s place, it was easy to access, communication was great with James and a small issue whilst it couldn’t be rectified at the time (it didn’t bother me) he informed me it was fixed after we left which is great. There was a local store to get bits and pieces of food and drink. Easy access to Manchester and a view of the river from the back of the property. The girls said it was also good for tiktok’s or Insta posts as it had good mirrors!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this property! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described—if not better in person. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What truly set this stay apart, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly responsive, attentive to our needs, and always polite and professional in every interaction. Any question we had was answered quickly and helpfully, and it was clear they genuinely cared about our experience. Allison and Team are just wonderful. Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

Warren has been absolutely fantastic! Never come across a host like it on air bnb! So responsive gave amazing restaurant recommendations and was just great, I struggled where to park he quickly responded and gave clear directions, even left us a couple of beers in the fridge for us! Thank you so so much!! Room was as shown lovely little terrace and what an amazing place he made the flat! Easy place to get around to restaurant and bars and could book a taxi right outside to the rest of Manchester, parking over the road and completely clean and tidy! A fantastic property to stay in, being in such a central location we were able to explore with ease. The property was amazing and presented to an excellent standard. Would highly recommend!

The Vault was a perfect base for our 2 week stay visiting family and friends. On arrival there was music playing and the space was warm and cozy, delightful after a long journey. It really set the tone for our stay. The space is stylish, comfortable, peaceful and perfect for resting after a long day of activities. Rob is an excellent host, approachable and responsive. He also provided some unexpected touches that made us feel very welcome. The location is ideal and provided us with the option of leaving the car and using the tram or buses a few steps away. The neighbourhood is delightful to walk around with excellent shopping and dining choices. When the sun shone we took advantage of the garden courtyard to enjoy a home cooked meal amongst the ferns and art. We really enjoyed our stay at the Vault.
