Just a 5 min drive to Bury Town centre with a tram into Manchester that takes around 20 mins, 20 mins drive to Ramsbottom or Rochdale. The cosy cottage consists of a comfortable living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath tub and shower, and a small suntrap garden to sit out on sunny days.

Situated just 15 mins drive from The Piece Hall, Halifax and just 20 mins drive from popular visitor destination, Hebden Bridge.

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

The Bothy, Old Birtle, Bury

The bothy used to be an old Stable, then potting shed for Old Birtle, a grade 2 Listed farmhouse dating to back 1672. A great pub 10 mis walk away. 4 miles into bury with its market and major transport hubs, M66, M62. Perfect for weekends, for walkers, cyclists - we are on the edge of Beautiful Ashworth Valley. We accept longer stays for people moving house etc

Topsy Turvy Cottage

The cottage is situated on a small Pennine hill farm. It is in a quiet, secluded area at the end of the farm lane but is only a mile from the small town of Littleborough which has supermarkets and shops. Trains from Littleborough connect to Manchester and Leeds. M62 junction 21 is 10-15 min drive. We live in the adjacent farmhouse, guests will often see us around the farm. We are more than happy to interact and have a chat but respect those who want privacy. Sorry we do not allow pets.

The Barn flat is nestled in the hills of the Saddleworth area. A short walk from Strinesdale Reservoir and Bishop’s Park; ideal for walkers - bikes are available to use free of charge for active couples! Includes a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen, breakfast bar and bathroom. Free parking is available on the property. There is also an outdoor sitting area to relax and take in the hillside scenery on good weather days. We are situated next to The Roebuck Inn. A light breakfast is provided.

We have a self contained newly refurbished open plan guest suite with separate entrance. The interior consists of a Kitchen, Bedroom, Lounge & Bathroom area, it has electric heating in the bathroom & a Multi Fuel Burning Stove.
