This unit is perfect. It has everything you could ever need. It's updated and extremely well kept. It's located within easy walking distance to free shuttles that take you anywhere in the valley. So, it's perfect any time of the year. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were there any time we needed anything, which we didn't need much. The Eagle River is in your back yard along with a view of Beaver Creek. Jason

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

Nice and comfortable, it had all the amenities it says in the description, it was easy to get to and is close to several things by car. Greg was always very friendly and his response time was quick. In fact, we forgot a cell phone and he let us know that it had been left there and gave us the housekeeper's contact so she could send it to us. The surroundings are beautiful I'd definitely come back.

Excellent location and great little place! Basalt is a really cute town and a lovely place to stay close to Aspen. This place had everything we needed!

Amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the space, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area. It truly felt like a home away from home. Can’t wait to book again!

I am currently working in Avon Monday through Thursday. Come home to Denver Thursday night. The place I had before wasn't nearly as comforting. I felt much more comfortable here. Super easy to get into and Amy left very detailed instructions on entering the unit and parking. Nottingham lake is right outside the door. It was wonderful to get off work and go for a run or go fishing. Beautiful scenery. The shower was big and had 3 heads. Absolutely incredible. The washer and dryer are amenities that I seek out. I appreciate having them so that I can pack clean clothes. They are loud appliances tho, so if you are a light sleeper do your laundry during the day. I'll be staying here again when I get back from vacation!

We had a lovely time at this property. My family of four - two adults, and two kids under 6 - were very comfortable. The view from the back windows and deck is amazing. We especially enjoyed fishing in the river and evenings in the hot tub.

The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a breeze to prepare meals when we chose to dine in. The bedrooms were spacious and featured plush, comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. The large windows in the living room provided breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location couldn’t have been better, offering both convenience and a sense of privacy. It was close to everything we wanted to do, with great restaurants, shopping, and attractions just minutes away. Communication with the host was seamless. Adding this one to our favorites list.

I will begin with the physical aspects of the Inn. Beautiful place, exactly as described in the posting, modern kitchen, amazing steam shower in master bath, and comfortable accommodations in all seven bedrooms to meet the family configuration we needed. Two living spaces, a workspace, eat-in kitchen, back porch as mudroom, two washer/dryer The location was perfect, we were 5-7 minutes to snowmobiling, 10-12 minutes to Ice Castle, and 20-25 minutes from skiing/snowboard, and other activities in Vail, Edwards, Eagle. Picturesque views, back and front yard, plenty of parking. Hosts provided sand and shovel for those days we had to deal with ice on the ground. Hosts were accommodating, responsive, and a joy to work with. Some FYI's, there is only one television in the Inn, however after the first night the kids and young adults didn't complain and it forced them to interact more with the family. Internet is slow, however you are on vacation, if you need high speed bring a hotspot.

Amazing and peaceful location, close to everything but easy to relax too

We had a great time at the hobbit house! Such a cool little gem by the river, hidden in Glenwood Canyon in beautiful nature. It’s an easy 10 minute drive into Glenwood and very peaceful and private. The home is a very unique layout and can fit many people and was perfect for our get together. Shayan was always responsive and available with any questions we had and whenever needed.

This house and its location were stunning. We would definitely come back!!

Moon River was an amazing place to stay. Beautiful location, peaceful, private and the home was perfect! The host provide very clear instructions on check in and access. Each room had instructions to help guests with everything. We will definitely stay here again! Amazing.

the house was comfortable, the surroundings were nice, and the common hot tub after skiing was great. the house had some minor glitches, but the space is well used and the sleeping space is very nice. I'd say, ideal for a family of four or two couples with a kid. the beds are; two queens and two twins (a couch and a bed under the couch)

We really loved staying at Chantal’s quiet home. It’s close enough to the village to have easy access, but also far enough that the location feels truly peaceful, private, and quiet. Her place was amazingly well-stocked with everything we needed to do some light cooking, stay comfy during the night with a humidifier, and do laundry.

Our stay at Diane's condo in Avon was wonderful. Hearing the rush of the Eagle River outside and taking in the stunning views through the wall of windows was only bested by the beautifully appointed condo. We truly felt at home during our weeklong stay. Diane's attention to detail - from the discreet signage to the bottle of wine to welcome us - is unsurpassed. You can tell this is their second home and not just a rental property. You will be delighted with your stay...we definitely were!

Me and my friends stayed for the weekend for a little friends getaway. The place was super clean and had no trouble checking in. We had a great time staying there, definitely recommended if your looking for a small space to stay.

The communication was top notch. So friendly and informative. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Everything was really lovely. Very secure and safe building. Could not tear ourselves away from the patio view. Washer and dryer were a bonus. We would definitely stay there again!

Our stay in this condo was fantastic. Brilliant location, so easy to find as you come into Aspen and it's located right at the end of the road next to the river. So private and secluded but just 10 minutes easy walking into the centre of Aspen for access to bars, restaurants, the Gondola etc. The presentation was first class, everything as described and better. Nothing was overlooked, the rooms spotless and we felt at home as soon as we entered. Having breakfast each morning sitting on the balcony overlooking the river was amazing. Definitely recommend and if we ever visit Aspen again, we'll be sure to look this place up. 5 stars to Ali too who was very proactive, super responsive and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Excellent location for access to Beaver Creek! Condo is well appointed with excellent amenities. Very comfortable space! Definitely will return when we come back to Beaver Creek! Great value for the accessibility for skiing! Highly recommended this space! Host was communicative and flexible with an early check in. Thx again for a great ski experience!
