Nice cozy place close to Eagle. I didn't use the kitchen but it appeared to have everything you need to make a meal. I would definitely stay again!

Susan and Mark we’re excellent hosts! They made us feel right at home. Their home is breathtaking and peaceful and their pets make you feel like a member of the family! We also had lots of fun biking and exploring Glenwood Springs which is just a short drive away :)

Paul was a great host and made us feel right at home. Ski storage, warm closet to dry gear, EXCELLENT bed, short walk to the bus stop, and ginger the friendly dog. Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Vail

Beautiful and spacious interior with high ceilings and lodge style furnishings. Second floor deck and thoughtfully positioned windows with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Ample features for a great getaway, luxurious bathroom, saltwater hot tub and a spot with a propane fire perfect for sunset viewing. Not far from town, lots of activities and history to see. Cassandra was friendly and very responsive.

Great weekend stay at Susan’s studio. Clean, comfortable, and close to the Matterhorn bus stop into Vail. Susan was an outstanding host who was friendly, responsive, and went out of her way to make the little important touches. I recommend!

Great place in Leadville. it was very comfortable for 3 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. TV in the living room anf TV and fire place in the master. Cassandra was very responsive. she messaged me back within a few minutes. She gave some restaurants recommendations. The house goes right by the mineral trail. Great vacation.

Lovely spot so close to Beaver Creek and about 10 minutes from Vail. As described, would stay here again. Very private despite being part of the owner’s home. Truly felt like we had our own space. Bathroom was particularly spacious!

Perfect weekend getaway for my wife and I (plus our pup). Very close to the frying pan for fishing, close to town as well. The space was so cozy. we definitely plan on returning again soon.

From the moment we booked, she was proactive in reaching out and tailoring our stay for a positive experience. The space itself was cozy, thoughtfully organized & decorated, and exceptionally well-stocked—especially impressive given the creativity taken to ensure everything felt as accommodating as possible with the space available. After traveling through a light snowstorm, it was a relief for us to arrive with thorough instructions to a pre-lit, warmly prepared home. She went out of her way to provide a thoughtful welcome basket and access to snow shoes, adding a personal touch and making the stay that much more special. The view from the living room was stunning enough--the view from the overlook was a pleasant bonus. Carlee and her family are as wholesome as they come--they take great pride in their property, and genuinely seem excited to be able to share it with others.

The place was wonderful. We arrived late due to a problem on the highway, and Brooks made sure it was easy for us to get inside when we finally arrived at midnight. The place is comfy and warm, and the view when we stepped outside in the morning was indescribable. The space was the perfect size for what we needed, and it was all around just a wonderful stay.

It’s a beautiful location and a peaceful home. It was a lovely place to visit and see the aspens changing. We appreciated being able to cook and sleep well while exploring in the mountains during the day.

Beautiful home, right on the river walking path. Stunning red rocks view across the river. The house has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Friendly and responsive host. I’ll be back!

One of the most beautiful and quiet private homes I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Honellstly feels like a private little retreat with the most perfect little touches inside. The hottub is a very nice touch. 👌

David is a great host. His place is amazing. Beautiful scenery right out the front window. Fenced in yard for the pups. Very close to downtown Glenwood, the hot springs, and Sunlight ski area. Everything was very clean. I would definitely stay again!

Grant’s place met all our needs for our stay. There’s adequate signage to help guide you around when you get there. The kitchen had everything we needed. The TV had plenty of channels when you want to unwind for the evening. I especially enjoyed the soaking tub and the three deer who were outside one morning. Great location to all the area attractions. I highly recommend riding a bike on the Rio Grande trail from Aspen to Glenwood Springs. It was so scenic. Just a note that if you want to walk to downtown and have mobility issues, you will need to walk a short uphill section on a road without a sidewalk.

What a great stay. We just spent the night after going to a hot spring near by. This is nestled in a suburban area near the airport. The space was so clean and very new and updated. Everything was pristine and well decorated. The kitchen was not a full kitchen but had many necessary amenities. I think it just didnt have an oven. Lets talk about the backyard. What a beautiful space. We sat by the fire pit and watcher the sunset. All the amenities for the fire pit are available and ready to use. They have everything needed for making smores and game nights. which we found really nice and sweet. Beds were super comfortable. It was nice and quiet. Check in and check out was super easy! I would totally recommend this place and if im back in the area I would come back.
