Situated on the Hadrian’s Wall Road, The Nook is a perfect base to explore all that Cumbria and the Scottish Borders has to offer, with easy links to the North lakes, Kielder Forest and Carlisle, Gretna is only a short drive away, as well as everything the local area has to offer. Crook Farm buildings date back to 1644, with The Nook tucked away in the old Haystore with its own private entrance and separate driveway. Family stays only. The Loft, quirky chalet style apt with great views

The Loft at Bailey Mill, with its wooden paneling, has a chalet style feel to it. It is warm and cosy and has beautiful views over the quiet countryside which surrounds it. An outside staircase leads up to a private balcony seating area and entrance to the apartment. Horses and deer can often be seen from the balcony along with relaxing sounds of the old mill stream. There is also bar/restaurant on site which serves good home cooked food.
